In China,if large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises want to achieve the world's advanced management level and enjoy the benefits brought by high management level,they must focus on the effective use of performance appraisal.The development of enterprises can not be separated from the continuous exploration,attempt and innovation of performance appraisal.Small and medium-sized enterprises,large and large countries,organizations as a group to achieve a certain goal and combine together,the organization of "human" nature should also be included in our research scope,as the focus of research.Because performance management plays an important role in human resource management,the in-depth study of performance appraisal has been highly valued by large,medium and small enterprises.This paper chooses GC Group of China Petroleum Group as the starting point of the research,and combs the critical problems in the performance appraisal of GC Company by consulting the relevant literature and data.At the same time,KPI performance appraisal system and other related theories are taken as the basis of the research,and the causes of various problems in performance appraisal are discussed and summarized.Based on the above research,the establishment of reasonable and appropriate industry instinctive quality performance evaluation system,and according to the GC company for different types of employees from the aspect of strategic objectives put forward different requirements,clear and the matching performance evaluation content,through Specific,Measurable,Attainable,Relevant,Time-bound on behalf of the SMART principle for the selection of key performance indicators,the content of the assessment for different types of employees are classified and refined,form the key performance index system.Moreover,in view of the performance appraisal system established by GC Company,this paper also emphasizes the attention to the management process,thediversified collection of evaluation information,the adjustment of the weight to adapt to the performance appraisal,for different management needs should be attached importance to.Finally,in order to determine the feasibility of the performance appraisal system,this paper makes a deep discussion on the possible problems in the establishment and operation of the system,and gives the corresponding solutions.
