Material Category Analysis And Procurement Strategy Research For LL Mines And Energy Limited

With the adjustment of the production capacity structure in the domestic energy industry in recent years,the technological innovation of coal production and the emergence of various intelligent mining equipment have made the supply and procurement management of coal enterprises more and more complicated.In order to increase the competitiveness of enterprises,improve the procurement efficiency and reduce the supply cost has become one of the core business strategies of many coal production enterprises.Based on the above reasons,this paper,taking LL Mining and Energy Limited as an example,comprehensively analyzes the backward material classification practices of existing enterprises,and proposes a new material classification method.Then proposes a procurement strategy and supplier management method matching the new material classification.At first the paper combines LL energy real data,this paper introduces the company’s existing inventory management,supplier management and the current material classification system,and through the ABC classification selected from tens of thousands of kinds of complex material for production operation is very important at the core of the material analysis,from which the problems existing in the classification system of finishing line appears.Based on the material classification of other companies in the industry,a more suitable material classification system for LL energy is concluded.Next,combined with the new classification of materials,the Kraljic model of all kinds of materials is built by using expert scoring method and Delphi method respectively.According to the method suggested by the Kraljic model,all kinds of materials are divided into strategic materials,bottleneck materials,leveraged materials and non-critical materials.Finally,according to the procurement strategy Suggestions of Kraljic model,the procurement strategies and supplier management methods for different materials are developed,and Suggestions on supply and procurement management optimization suitable for LL energy are proposed in combination with the procurement management theory,supplier management theory and supplier management inventory theory(VMI).
