Energy efficiency is an important technical index for evaluating the energy efficiency of household appliances.In recent years,the country has promulgated the relevant energy efficiency standards for rice cookers,and it is mandatory for rice cookers to do product energy efficiency testing and paste energy efficiency labels.Based on the research and development of automatic energy efficiency detection system device for rice cookers,this paper puts forward an integrated,fast and efficient detection method,and develops an automatic detection device for rice cookers,which has practical application value and practical significance.This topic follows the newly implemented energy efficiency standards of rice cookers,and analyzes the current situation of home appliance energy efficiency testing.Therefore,the research content of this topic is determined.IH rice cookers are the research objects,and the following aspects are mainly studied: First,solutions have been put forward to the problems of low integration,insufficient computing power for automatic data acquisition and difficulty in temperature sensor deployment,such as the traditional rice cooker energy efficiency test through manual operation of a number of special testing instruments and manual recording and calculation of data.The overall design scheme of the device is also introduced.Second,the mechanical structure design of the device is completed,and the data signals collected by each sensor transmitter are converted.According to the functions required by the hardware control system for energy efficiency testing,the four-way ADC data acquisition module and the four-way relay output control module are designed.It realizes the function of collecting parameters such as temperature,voltage,current,and weight,and realizes the control functions of rice cooker power supply,automatic rotation,water addition,and cover cover.Fourth,the software design framework of the energy efficiency detection system is established,which consists of two parts: the upper and lower machine,and the lower machine is controlled by the STM32 single chip microcomputer.The upper computer is based on the programming interface designed by the Lab VIEW virtual instrument platform.It mainly includes four modules,namely the data real-time display program,the automatic rotation water addition program,the cover cover program,and the energy efficiency test program.Data signal transmission is carried out through VISA serial port and lower machine to control data acquisition and display and perform corresponding action functions.Finally,according to the debugging and testing results of the rice cooker energy efficiency testing device,it can realize the function of automatically collecting and detecting energy efficiency data and real-time monitoring and calculating.The device provides a basis for judging the energy efficiency level of rice cooker products,reduces the cost of testing and the labor intensity of personnel for production testing,greatly shortens the time for manual data collection and calculation,and improves the detection efficiency and data accuracy in the production process.It is of great significance to advocate the use of energy-saving rice cookers to provide technical support for the energy saving and consumption reduction of household appliances represented by rice cookers.There is one innovation points in this paper: The traditional energy efficiency detection relies on manual detection,and this device combines the automatic detection technology of sensor technology,embedded technology and virtual instrument technology,and it is more efficient and convenient to detect.
