The development of network technology and communication technology and the improvement of information level provide sufficient preparation for the development of intelligent home appliances,and the rapid development of intelligent appliances.Now the selling point of the basic performance of home appliances has been unable to impress users.Users hope that kitchen appliances will be more automatic and reduce their cooking time.This project plans to design a set of fully automatic rice cooker based on Internet of things technology,which can realize the automatic control of the whole process from storage to cooking,and has the function of remote real-time control of mobile terminal app.The automatic rice cooker realizes the whole cooking process automation including storage,measuring,rice washing,and water mixing,cooking and other operations.At the same time,the automatic rice cooker has the networking function to realize remote control.The system consists of an automatic rice cooker and a remote control system.The theme of automatic rice cooker includes storage device,meter measuring device,rice washing device,cooking device,pushing device,main control board and control module of each device.The remote control system consists of four modules: main control board,WIFI module,client app and cloud server.The main control board is composed of switching power supply,display circuit,communication circuit,load control circuit,key and signal acquisition circuit.In the system,the main control board mainly realizes local human-computer interaction,WIFI signal receiving,local status reporting and other communication functions,as well as sensor signal acquisition and load control functions.The core function of WIFI module is to establish TCP connection between router and cloud server to realize network data transmission.The status data of automatic rice cooker can be transmitted to cloud server or app,and the data sent by app or cloud server can also be transmitted to home appliances.UART communication mode is adopted between the main control board and WIFI module.App realizes remote human-computer interaction.Users can register and log in through app and issue instructions remotely.App updates and displays the running status of rice cooker in time.The cloud server is responsible for user information management,rice cooker operation data recording and statistics.This paper focuses on the implementation scheme of each sub function of the system,including the implementation scheme of rice storage device,meter measuring device and rice washing device,the hardware design scheme of WIFI components and main control communication interface,the implementation scheme of user app,the key workflow and code writing specification of app,the workflow of master control software in the interaction between the main control board and WIFI module,and the design of APP interface.
