Research On Evolutionary Game Of Social Responsibility Of Mining Enterprises Based On SD

The development of the national economy,the improvement of people’s living standards,and the development of a strong socialist society are closely related to the development of the mining industry.As the main bearing body of mining industry development,mining enterprises not only undertake to promote the prosperity of mining enterprises,but also bear the important mission of safeguarding the national economy and people’s livelihood,and shoulder important social responsibilities.While pursuing economic benefits,mining enterprises must undertake social responsibility such as protecting the environment,scientific exploitation,saving mineral resources,safeguarding the rights and interests of employees,improving the living standards of the people in the region,strengthening community building,and achieving mutual benefit and win-win in economic and social construction.Promote the harmonious development of man and nature,and regard sustainable development as the goal of enterprise development.Therefore,based on SD(system dynamics)simulation,this paper conducts an evolutionary game research on the social responsibility of mining enterprises.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,it studies the social responsibility system of mining enterprises from the social responsibility content,current situation and main driving factors of mining enterprises.Secondly,establishes the evolutionary game model of mining enterprise social responsibility composed of three populations of local government,local community and mining enterprises.And analysis.Thirdly,the equilibrium solution of the game model is obtained,but since the evolutionary game of social responsibility of mining enterprises is a long-term dynamic process,only relying on the analysis ofequilibrium solution is huge,so the system dynamics is used for simulation analysis,using Vensim software to play the game.The dynamic evolution process of the subject is simulated.Finally,in order to explore the influence degree of each exogenous variable on the game subject,the value of each exogenous variable changes,and the key driving force of the evolution of the game subject is found through simulation analysis.According to the simulation results,the mining enterprises are further promoted to actively fulfill their social responsibilities.The research results of the paper show that:(1)The mining enterprise is responsible for the three parties in social responsibility,and the local government,mining enterprises and local communities will eventually reach a stable and balanced state(regulation,participation,and responsibility).(2)The value of exogenous variables related to local governments and the relationship between exogenous variables not only determine the decision of local governments,but also determine the decision of mining enterprises and local communities;although individual variables will affect the strategies of various parties.Choice,but ultimately the formation of a stable strategy depends on the interaction of multiple variables,local governments should handle the relationship between various stakeholders;whether the mining company’s responsibility does not directly affect the local community’s strategic choices,this is not in Positive strategies can bring good results in any situation.(3)Local governments are in a dominant position in supervision and play a guiding role.Local communities and mining enterprises play a supporting and promoting role in the evolution of the system.The local government’s supervision costs,fines for mining enterprises,fixed benefits obtained by mining enterprises,and cost of responsibility are the main driving forces of system evolution.
