At present,the floating liquefied natural gas production and unloading device(FLNG)has gradually become a trend for the exploitation and treatment of deep sea and marginal gas fields.The tower is an important equipment in the pretreatment process of FLNG,and the gas-liquid redistributor is an indispensable part of the tower,which bears the function of redistributing the gas-liquid flow field.Its performance has great influence on the efficiency of gas-liquid mass transfer in the packed column.In order to realize the redistribution of liquid and gas in the tower under the sloshing condition,the structure of the gas redistributor should be deeply studied.In this paper,based on the literature research and preliminary research of liquid distributor and the trough pan liquid gas redistributor in sloshing condition,the liquid collector and the liquid redistributor of the combined gas-liquid redistributor are designed respectively,which studied the redistribution performance under the sloshing condition.Chevron type liquid collector and chimney trays were designed respectively,using CFD simulation analysed liquid collection,pressure drop and gas redistribution in static and shaking conditions,and optimized the better liquid collector as the collector of combined gas-liquid redistributor.According to the design principle of limiting the free surface,new-type liquid redistributor was designed under the sloshing conditions,using CFD simulation analyzed the liquid distribution performance and operational flexibility distribution device in static and sloshing conditions.Under the rolling and pitching movement,the outlet flow uniformity increased 10%?15% compared of static condition,but its uniformity is less than 0.1,which indicated that new-type liquid redistributor was suitable for sloshing conditions.The chimney tray and a new-type liquid redistributor(chimney tray gas-liquid redistributor)was researched totally,liquid distribution performance of chimney tray gas-liquid redistributor in different size under the tower was analysed,chimney tray gas-liquid redistributor is more suitable for sloshing conditions compared with other types of gas-liquid redistributor.
