Study On The Influence Of Gansu Economic And Social Development And Energy Consumption On Ambient Air Quality

In recent years,Gansu Province has continued to strengthen air pollution control,focused on solving outstanding air pollution problems,constantly improved the regulatory mechanism,and effectively promoted the overall improvement of air environment quality.Some areas represented by Lanzhou,the capital of Gansu Province,have explored and summarized a number of replicable and popularized advanced experiences,which are widely praised and praised at home and abroad.On the other hand,with the continuous expansion and in-depth promotion of the work,the existing shortcomings and shortcomings in the early stage are gradually highlighted.At the same time,on the basis of the overall breakthrough of "qualified",further promoting the transformation to "good" and "excellent",it is bound to face greater challenges.In the face of new areas,new requirements and new problems,it is urgent to systematically summarize experience,revise paths and optimize measures to ensure policy convergence,continuity and sustained efforts.With the help of the special work platform of "analysis and Research on the situation of ecological environment protection in Gansu Province" issued by the Department of ecological environment of Gansu Province,based on the analysis of the current situation of the economic and social development,energy consumption and air environment quality of the whole province,this paper focuses on the dynamic relationship of the three trends,and probes into the key influencing factors of the three main air pollutants: sulfur dioxide,nitrogen dioxide and particulate matter.Based on the data provided by the Provincial Bureau of statistics and the provincial environmental monitoring center station for many years,the STIRPAT model and ridge regression method are used to select the number of permanent residents at the end of the year,the population growth rate,the total energy consumption of the province,the gross national product of the primary industry,the gross national product of the secondary industry and the gross national product of the tertiary industry from the four aspects of environmental pressure,population scale,prosperity and technical level Nine influencing factors,i.e.the total value of total value,the total amount of civil vehicles,the proportion of research and development expenditure in GDP and the industrial water consumption per unit of industrial added value,are set up.The influencing factors models of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen dioxide and particulate matter are constructed respectively,and the main influencing factors and mechanism of air environment quality are analyzed and studied.The results show that:(1)Scientific and technological progress plays a positive role in improving the atmospheric environment in an all-round way.We should continue to consolidate and improve,especially strengthen the research and development of technologies related to particulate pollution control.(2)Domestic and industrial sources have a greater impact on sulfur dioxide pollution;energy utilization and motor vehicles have a greater impact on nitrogen dioxide;domestic sources and energy consumption have a greater impact on particulate matter.The problem of non-point source pollution has become the focus of prevention and control of sulfur dioxide and particulate matter.We should further carry out the work of source analysis,clarify the source,cause,distribution and impact mechanism of pollution,improve the measures and implement them by classification and classification.(3)Diesel,gasoline,coal and other energy consumption are the main influencing factors of nitrogen dioxide concentration,crude oil consumption is the main influencing factor of particle concentration,and the key energy consumption industries that have an important impact on air quality measures are oil processing,coking and nuclear fuel processing industries.At the same time,the energy consumption structure of the whole province still takes fossil energy as the core,and the proportion of clean energy,especially renewable energy,is very small,so the energy structure should be further optimized.The conclusion of this paper is basically consistent with the actual situation of Gansu Province,and the relevant work suggestions have certain guiding significance for adjusting the ideas of air pollution prevention and control and optimizing the measures of air environment control.At the same time,there are many factors affecting the atmospheric environment,and the mechanism is complex.Due to the limitation of data access,although the indicators selected in this paper try to consider the representativeness,they are still obviously insufficient in terms of the overall atmospheric environment protection,so we can only explore the mechanism of the atmospheric environment in a limited range and to a certain extent.
