With the increasingly fierce competition in China's refined oil retail market,how to create its own unique competitive advantage,which is different from other oil stations,is an important issue for Sinochem Liaoning Company to consider.With the change of seller's market to buyer's market,Snochem Liaoning Company attracts and locks customers through more comprehensive,more detailed and more humanized service,which is another powerful weapon as important as price war and promotion war.This paper hopes that by starting from the service competition strategy and taking service as the means of competition,Sinochem Liaoning refueling station can break through the pressure of CNPC?sinopec,and become a new profit growth point of Sinochem group.First of all,through the introduction of the background and significance of the topic,a simple analysis,preliminary determination of the content and direction of the paper,and introduce the basic theory of service competition strategy,provide research work a theoretical basis.Secondly,the paper mainly analyzes the service competition status of Sinochem Liaoning gas station through service blueprint,pedestrian crossing investigation and business data analysis,and objectively and rationally analyze the root cause of service quality and service cost defects,that is,the lack of service competition strategy.After analyzing the lack of service competition strategy,investigate and analyze the macro external environment,industrial environment and internal and external environment of Sinochem Liaoning gas station through the PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis,and combining with advanced theories at home and abroad,formulate a service competition strategy for Sinochem Liaoning Gas Station and confirm the cost leadership strategy.On this basis,design a plan that meets the cost leadership strategy of Sinopec Liaoning Gas Station,including high quality and low cost customer service,service standardization application,reducing labor factors in service delivery,application integration platform technology to reduce on-site service operations,and optimizing supply Chain system,etc.Finally,from the perspective of long-term mechanism,equipment technology application,management and control mechanism,and information security,combined with Sinochem corporate culture,the cost leadership strategy of Sinochem Petroleum Liaoning Gas Station will be implemented and guaranteed.Through the above research,the Sinochem Liaoning gas station will improve its service competition strategy from the service engineering level,and it will also be of reference to similar enterprises.
