Study On The Application Of The Optimum Of Human-like Collagen Series Cosmetics

In skin care products,human-like collagen is a new raw material in recent years.According to relevant national laws and regulations,this raw material is usually classified as "soluble collagen" when used in cosmetics.Human-like collagen is currently widely used in skin care products such as make-up water,facial mask,emulsion,cream,and even make-up,as a stable moisturizing and restorative ingredient.As a kind of water-soluble collagen,the application of human like collagen in different dosage forms of cosmetics will be affected by various components such as emulsifier,water,oil ester,surfactant,film-forming agent,etc.,so as to show different degrees of differences in the aspects of moisture retention and irritation.In this paper,a series of common human-like collagen skin care products were prepared under different raw materials,different processes and other conditions,and their basic properties and functions were compared and analyzed in order to understand the better use of human-like collagen and the best dosage form.From the analysis of the market performance of the current market products,is human-like collagen emulsified in cosmetics? Whether or not it is used by non-woven fabric and other penetration AIDS will significantly affect the function of cosmetics.Therefore,for the convenience of research,we intend to divide skin care cosmetics into two types: non emulsifying system and emulsifying system.Human-like collagen was selected as the main functional component,and deionized water,humectant,oil,emulsifier,thickener,preservative and other common cosmetics raw materials were added to prepare samples.The basic physical and chemical indexes such as p H value,properties,microbial limit,basic humectant function and safety were studied.1? Through the research on a series of cosmetics containing human-like collagen,it is found that in the low viscosity make-up water system,the moisturizing performance of human-like collagen can be fully reflected.The reason for the analysis should be that there are less macromolecular polymer components in the low viscosity water,which can influence the function of human-like collagen.2? The performance of human-like collagen in facial mask products is very good.The non-woven fabrics in the surface patch products contain the carrier of human-like collagen essence,which can increase the retention and penetration of human-like collagen on the skin surface,thereby increasing the content of the high quality moisturizer in the stratum corneum.3? In the dosage forms that need emulsification technology,human-like collagen has better moisturizing performance in oil in water system than in oil in water system.It was found that when 0.1% human-like collagen was added into the oil in water system and oil in water system,the moisture retention of the former was 9.5% higher than that of the latter after 3 hours of application.4? Through research,it is found that in the oil in water system,human-like collagen can help to increase the stability of the emulsion.The analysis may be that the outer hydrophilic group of human-like collagen compresses the structure of oil in water system through micro forces such as hydrogen bond,so as to block the repulsion and deformation of the outer phase of the droplet and stabilize the structure.5? In the preparation of liquid crystal structure emulsion system by using human-like collagen,emulsifier,oil,polyol,water and other components,it is found that human-like collagen can significantly improve the liquid crystal formation rate,and the liquid crystal structure system is conducive to the better utilization and absorption of active components by the skin.Through the influence of different processes on the functions of a series of skin care cosmetics,optimize the use of human-like collagen in skin care cosmetics,and preliminarily explore the reasons for the excellent performance of human-like collagen.Choose the typical best solution for the use of human-like collagen oil in water emulsion,and test its moisturizing performance and safety.From the analysis of the microstructure,especially whether the emulsion forms liquid crystal structure,we can explain the performance of the sample,which is an important basis for developing the cosmetics of human-like collagen Series in the future.
