Coal industry is the most traditional energy pillar industry in China,but the mining of coal also brings serious safety and health problems.The dust problem in coal mine has been a serious threat to the health of workers,especially the impact of occupational pneumoconiosis.From 2009 to 2017,the incidence of new occupational pneumoconiosis in China and in the coal industry decreased,but the situation is still very grim.The highest proportion of new occupational pneumoconiosis in the coal industry was 65.13%.In the process of coal mine production,whether to the gas extraction or outburst prevention,or to detect or drilling of coal seam water injection are needed,and dry drilling construction process through wind will discharge materials such as coal,dust,gas drilling so as to make the dust in the roadway in the work environment,how to effectively reduce drilling working face dust concentration has always been a focus on problems of coal mining enterprises.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes and studies the basic properties of dust in coal roadway dry drilling operation,the source of dust and the factors affecting the size of dust production,the force and movement of dust,the mechanism of atomizing dust removal and the principle of air curtain dust separation.According to the design requirements,the coal roadway dry drilling dust removal is divided into two steps.The first step is to collect the dust at the orifice through the dry drilling dust collection device,and the second step is to remove the collected dust through the dust removal device.The orifice dust collecting device is sealed based on the principle of air curtain dust separation,and the automation of the orifice dust collecting device is realized by the hydraulic pressure in the drilling rig system,which mainly consists of dust collecting chamber,movable circular antiblowout and antiinjury baffle,cinder collecting box,oil cylinder,fixed seat and other components.Dust removal is designed according to the principles of cyclone dust removal,inertial dust removal and spray dust removal,including the main components of dust removal device shell,nozzle and blade.Through the numerical simulation software of Fluent DPM model and standard k ? model for coal lane dry hole orifice air curtain in the dust collecting device under the condition of different parameters on simulated study dust collection effect.By comparing the different parameters under the condition of dry drilling hole at the bottom of the dust collecting device in the dust mass flow rate of export,found that dry drilling hole in coal roadway dust collecting device from at the beginning of the export of air curtain at the Angle of 10 ° and export wind speed of 15 m/s when the dust effect is best.By setting the water supply pressure of the pressure nozzle as 1MPa and changing the water supply pressure and air supply pressure of the gaswater mixed spray,the dust removal performance of the dry drilling dust removal device was tested.When the water supply pressure of the pressure nozzle is 1MPa,the water supply pressure of the gaswater mixed spray is 1.0mpa and the air supply pressure is 0.5mpa,the dry drilling dust removal device has the best dust removal effect.
