Resear On The Construction Quality And Development Path Of Ecological Civilization In Inner Mongolia

As the environment has increasingly become an important factor affecting people's lives,the ecological environment has become the focus of the work of various departments and regions in China.While promoting economic development,the construction and development of ecological civilization should be promoted in a coordinated way.The concept of ecological progress was first put forward at the 17 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC).At the 18 th and 19 th national congresses of the communist party of China(CPC)and the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),ecological progress was promoted to an unprecedented height,and various reform plans,systems and measures for ecological progress were successively introduced.Inner Mongolia autonomous region,as an important ecological safety barrier in the north of China,has an important strategic position in China's ecological construction and environmental protection.12 union city of Inner Mongolia region,the author of this paper the facing problems in the development of ecological civilization,based on the definition of the connotation of ecological civilization and reference of existing research results,from the social and economic development,energy utilization of resources,ecological environment protection,system construction and investment,building space layout of the five dimensions of urban ecological civilization construction quality evaluation index system,and gives each evaluation index weight by entropy value method,and Ge Meng final score is calculated by applying weighted summation method,and evaluate the quality of Ge Meng ecological civilization construction in Inner Mongolia,and respectively from natural factors,economic development and social life of Ge Meng score difference is analyzed.By summing up the achievements and shortcomings of ecological civilization construction in Inner Mongolia,this paper puts forward some policy Suggestions.In terms of the overall construction,the characteristics of Inner Mongolia should be highlighted,the ecological civilization construction should be coordinated,and the ecological barrier for the safety of northern xinjiang should be built.In terms of economic construction,we should develop ecological economy and promote sustainable development.Taking the compoundecological industry in kubuqi desert as a typical example,we should innovate the development mode of ecological economy.We will adhere to the principle of combining multiple plans with one another,establish a rational urban-rural layout,and promote coordinated development between urban and rural areas.In terms of system construction,we should strengthen the environmental protection system and improve the environmental protection law system.We will give full play to the role of the government and strengthen policy guidance and support.In order to provide policy reference for Inner Mongolia government's ecological civilization construction.
