China is in the stage of high-speed economic development.Human demand for water resources is increasing with the population growth,industrial vigorous development and urbanization process accelerating.As one of the main freshwater sources,the lake ecosystem is facing more and more heavy burdens,and lake ecological health has also been threatened.The continuous promotion of sustainable development strategy requires lake ecosystems to provide sustainable social services for human beings on the basis of maintaining good self-sustaining ecological conditions.The traditional assessment method of lake health ecosystem,which is limited to the lake's own ecology,can no longer meet the requirements of sustainable development.In this regard,this paper introduces the concept of coordinated development degree from social economy into lake health assessment.By combing the connotation of the lake ecosystem health and constructing lake health evaluation index system,the lake health assessment method based on coordinated development degree of ecological-social service function is explored.The main research results are as follows.(1)Chinese and foreign databases were searched for lake health evaluation index system and statistical evaluation index of relevant literature on lake health from 2005 to 2017.The indicators are divided into five parts: hydrology and water resources,physical structure,water quality,biological and social service functions.Key indicators are obtained by frequency analysis method.The indicators are divided into five parts: hydrology and water resources,physical structure,water quality,biological and social service functions.Key indicators are obtained by frequency analysis method.Combined with mature research results at home and abroad,the unified framework of lake ecosystem index system is formed.(2)On the basis of establishing the index system,the evaluation model of coordinated development degree based on the function of ecological and social services is established.The comprehensive evaluation index and coordinated development index were used to characterize Lake health and coordinated development.On the basis of national standards,industry norms and research results at home and abroad,the classification criteria of lake ecosystem health assessment were proposed exploratively.(3)Taking Baiyangdian as an example to conduct an empirical study.On the basis of summing up the basic situation of the study area,a health evaluation index system of Baiyangdian is constructed.Based on the results of field investigation and runoff data measured in water articles from 2012 to 2015,the corresponding comprehensive evaluation index and coordinated development index of lakes were obtained.From 2012 to 2015,the overall health index of Baiyangdian Lake is in an unhealthy state,and the degree of coordinated development is in a critical coordinated development state.The coordination degree of ecological integrity and social service function of each monitoring point is relatively high,but the level of coordinated development is relatively low.Both of them are developing at a synchronous low level and need to be accelerated to improve the level of development.(4)The grey relational degree analysis is used to get the criterion layer and the corresponding key indicators which have great influence on the comprehensive development level of Baiyangdian Lake.To quantify the impact of the indicators at each criterion level on the ecosystem health of Baiyangdian Lake,so as to provide more objective and clear suggestions for future ecological restoration,development and protection.(5)On the basis of fully understanding the coordinated development status of Baiyangdian ecosystem and the key indicators affecting ecosystem health,the corresponding development and protection suggestions are provided for each criterion layer.
