Information Aggregation And Evaluation Of Coordinated Development Of Environment And Economy In The Yangtze River Economic Zone

The Yangtze River economic zone runs through the eastern,central and western regions,with the Yangtze River as the central axis,covering the cities of Shanghai and Chongqing,as well as the Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian,Guizhou,Hubei,Hunan,Sichuan,Yunnan and Guizhou provinces.It is not only one of the high-density economic corridors in China,but also a national strategic area for coordinated regional development.However,due to rapid economic growth and high pressure on environment,the waste discharge in this region is huge,environmental protection and protection are insufficient,and environmental pollution problems are prominent.Therefore,in order to coordinate the development of the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the high-quality development of the areas along the Yangtze River,it is necessary to take "ecological priority,green development" as the strategic orientation,give full play to its geographical advantages,and insist on a largescale protection and no major development.As a new regional development strategy for deepening reform and opening up,the Yangtze River economic zone is an important driving force for China's overall economic development.It is of great reference value for the future development of other inland economic belts and urban agglomerations.The full text is mainly divided into six parts: Chapter ? is to elaborate the significance and background of this study;Chapter ? defines the related concepts involved in the paper,elaborates the theory of the coordinated development of environment and economy,and explains the methods of information aggregation;Chapter ? is mainly to introduce and explain in detail the aggregation methods used in this paper;Chapter IV combines the reference literature and the research object of this paper,chooses the evaluation index of the environment and economic system,determines the objective weight of the index information through the entropy weight method,and constructs the evaluation model of the coordinated development of environment and economy by using the coordination degree and the coordinated development degree;Chapter V is based on the evaluation model of the coordinated development of environment and economy in Chapter IV,to evaluate the environment of the provinces and cities in the This paper makes an empirical analysis of the level of coordinated economic development,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures;Chapter VI summarizes this paper and analyses the shortcomings of current research.The empirical results show that the provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic zone show obvious spatial distribution differences of "good in the East and poor in the middle and west".Shanghai's environmental system and economic system are at the high level of coordinated development,Jiangsu and Zhejiang are at the level of primary coordinated development,while Hubei,as the central city of the central region,Chongqing,as the strategic core of the western development,is in the category of barely coordinated development.While other provinces in the central and western regions are on the verge of imbalance and decline.Based on this,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward from the perspectives of policy and law,differential development strategy,regional cooperation and technological innovation.
