With the increasing awareness of environmental protection around the world,the increasingly exhausted oil resources and the increase in the price,automotive natural gas is an ideal new alternative energy for vehicles.At present,the automobile gas stations has become the major energy investment company rushed to the development of the project,but for gas stations also encountered in construction project site selection from land,project cooperation,shareholders and temperament of natural gas and other related issues and risks,if not timely control measures of the risk,will bring huge losses of vehicle natural gas station construction projects.Therefore,this paper takes the auto-gas filling station project in A city as an example to discuss the risk management in the construction of auto-gas filling station project.Papers in reference,on the basis of domestic and foreign research achievements of risk management,the integrated use of project management in risk identification,assessment,such as management methods,in A city for the implementation of the gas stations project during construction and operation of risk identification,risk evaluation and to identify and find shareholders cooperation in this project,natural gas temperament,the risk of environmental pollution and so on,according to these risk the paper put forward the corresponding measures,these measures include the introduction of cooperation shareholders selection mechanism,adding desulfurization dehydration equipment,noise reduction equipment,to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.The research in this paper can provide useful reference for the investment and construction of similar auto-gas filling station projects.
