Study On Whole Process Management Of HX Gas Station Construction Project Of Sinopec JLSY Branch

Sinopec HX gas station is located at HX ranch in Songyuan,which is an important project in the development plan of JLSY branch in recent years.In the process of development of the project,scientific and effective project management will be carried out to ensure the timely prevention,discovery and control of various progress,cost and risk factors in the implementation of the project.This paper uses the construction project management theory of gas station construction,takes the construction project of HX gas station of JLSY branch as the research object.Through the analysis of the status of the HX gas station,further studies the project management scheme of the HX gas station construction project,and discusses the planning management of the construction project of the gas station respectively.Rationale,gas station construction project planning management,start-up management,implementation management and ending management.The research work of this paper introduces the enterprise project management theory and technology method into the project.Through the combination of practice and theory,it provides a guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project.On this basis,it provides a set of ideas and methods for the construction project management of the JLSY branch,which has a high operability.It is of practical significance to manage the progress,cost,risk awareness and ability in the process of management to improve the competitiveness and profitability of the enterprise.
