Phosphating is to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of paint film by depositing phosphate film on the metal surface.This technology is widely used in many fields.For example,in the field of automobile manufacturing,if the automobile wants to obtain the corrosion resistant coating,it must be phosphating before painting.How to control the temperature of phosphating solution is the key to the application of this technology.If the temperature is too high,the phosphating layer will be too thick and the surface crystal of phosphating product will be thick.But the temperature is too low,will lead to the phosphating reaction is difficult to carry on,the surface is difficult to form the phosphating film which can protect the product surface.Therefore,whether the temperature of phosphating solution can be controlled reasonably is the key to success of phosphating reaction.At the present stage,most of the temperature control system adopts the traditional PID control principle.When the structure and parameters of the controlled object have certain uncertainty and cannot be accurately modeled,the application of PID control is particularly convenient and easy to realize.As for the temperature control of phosphating liquid,its temperature is a nonlinear change,so different PID parameters need to be selected at different times.However,the traditional PID control is very troublesome in parameter setting,so it is difficult to make the whole temperature control process have better effect.Through research,the fuzzy algorithm has great advantages for the system that the mathematical model is difficult to determine,and the fuzzy algorithm has strong anti-interference ability and adaptability.Therefore,This paper introduces fuzzy algorithm,combines the traditional PID algorithm,to form a set of new control algorithm,namely fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm.The fuzzy rules in the fuzzy algorithm can be used to optimize the PID parameters online in real time and overcome the shortcomings of traditional PID parameters that cannot be adjusted in real time.Meanwhile,a simulation platform is established based on MATLAB.Compared with traditional PID control,fuzzy adaptive PID control is ideal in flexibility,adaptability,robustness and other performance aspects,and the temperature control effect is better.There are 51 figures,13 tables and 52 references in this paper.
