| As far as China's current development is concerned,resource in economic development has played an irreplaceable role in the economic society.Among them,mineral resources are the most important.However,the mining industry has always been a highly polluting industry,especially the frequent large-scale mining in recent years,which has brought an indelible environmental impact on mines and surrounding environment At the same time,the destruction of the ecological environment also makes the economic and social development lagging behind.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the protection and management of the ecological environment of the mine from the perspective of law.This investigation and study carried out a field survey of the mines in K county.While summarizing the actual situation of the current ecological environment protection of the mines in K County,it found out the problems existing in the ecological protection of the mines in K County,and proposed solutions to the problems.From the perspective of law,on the basis of data collection and systematic analysis,this paper studies the legal system of ecological environment protection in the development of mineral resources in China.According to a large number of domestic and foreign documents and materials,combing and summarizing them,as the theoretical basis of this survey,and mainly combined with the actual survey of K County mine,on the basis of the sustainable relationship between the development of resources and economic and social development,the scientific development of development resources will be adjusted,and the ultimate goal of the legal management system of China's mine ecological environment will be improved.This paper puts forward corresponding suggestions from two aspects of the improvement of mine environmental protection and management supervision system and the improvement of legal system,with a view to making a modest contribution to the relevant research in China. |
