| The development of regional economy depends on the promotion of the process of urbanization.And economic development is also the fundamental power and basic condition in the process of urbanization.However,with the active promotion of urbanization and rapid economic growth,the status quo of ecological environment development in various regions has also changed.As one of the greenest provinces in the country,with the continuous improvement of urbanization level and economic growth in Jiangxi Province,and various environmental pollution problems have also emerged.A key for the sustainable and healthy development of the future society is the coordinated development between urbanization,economic development and ecological environment.Therefore,it is necessary to study the coupled and coordinated development between urbanization,economic development and ecological environment in Jiangxi Province.Based on the above background,first of all,for domestic and international research on the relationship between urbanization,economic development and ecological environment are summarized and evaluated.And the coupling mechanism among them are analyzed.Then,a comprehensive evaluation index system of urbanization,economic development and ecological environment was constructed.Using the entropy-catastrophic progression method and the coupling coordination model,the levels of coupled and coordinated development of urbanization,economic development and the ecological environment are compared and analyzed from the prefecture-level cities in the Jiangxi Province and the six central provinces.The main conclusions reached are as follows.1.From 2005 to 2017,the level of urbanization and economic development of Jiangxi's prefecture-level cities has steadily increased.Except for Nanchang,the comprehensive evaluation indexes of urbanization and economic development are low.Nanchang's urbanization and economic development level have obvious leading advantages.The level of development of the ecological environment in Jiangxi's prefecture-level cities fluctuated.The comprehensive index of ecological environment level development in most cities is low,especially in 2016 and 2017,the ecological environment development showed a downward trend compared with previous years.2.From the perspective of time evolution,the coupled and coordinated development of urbanization,economic development and ecological environment at the prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province has shown an upward trend as a whole.The coupled and coordinated development among the three systems is developing in a more high-quality and orderly direction.However,its degree of coupled and coordinated development is still at the primary level,and the level of better coordination has not been achieved.From the perspective of spatial changes,the spatial distribution of the coupled and coordinated development of urbanization,economic development,and ecological environment in Jiangxi Province is a random distribution.From the perspective of the lagging factors,the lagging factors of each city in the process of coupled and coordinated development are different.The lagging factors in most cities have gradually changed from urbanization or economic development to the ecological environment.This means that in the process of promoting urbanization and improving the economic level,it has produced and accumulated negative impacts on the ecological environment,which is the main reason for the restricted and coupled and coordinated development level of each city.3.Among the Mid-China,Jiangxi Province ranked third and fourth in terms of comprehensive urbanization and economic development in 2017.The comprehensive development level of ecological environment ranks second,behind Hubei Province,but there is still a large gap between the two provinces.The level of coupled and coordinated development among the three systems ranks third and belongs to the stage of barely coordinated development.Regarding the lagging factors,the lagging factor that Jiangxi Province showed at the provincial level was economic development.This is not the same as the result of lagging factors at the municipal level.For Jiangxi Province,the level of economic development is still the focus of current improvement.But for each city,the level of coupled and coordinated development in most cities is constrained because of the lagging influence of the level of ecological environment development.Proposed countermeasures based on the conclusion.Jiangxi Province should take green development as the goal and make overall plans to promote economic growth and ecological environmental protection.Attaching great importance to ecological environment governance and promoting the modernization of ecological environment governance system and governance capacity.Maintaining advantages and making up for shortcomings,promoting urbanization,economic development and the ecological environment in a coordinated manner,and striving to improve towards a more excellent and orderly stage of coordinated development. |
