Green environmental protection and food packaging safety have always been the focus of the printing and packaging industry."Packaging and printing" has been listed as a key VOCs emission industry,which has brought unprecedented pressure to the flexible packaging industry.Due to its safety,environmental protection and high efficiency,solventless laminating technology has been recognized and developed rapidly in the domestic market,and is widely used in food,medicine,cosmetics and other fields.In recent years,solventless laminating technology has developed rapidly,but there are some problems: 1.Excessive transfer of ink or aluminum coating;2.There are spots after recombination;3.Bubbles after the composite;4.Friction coefficient increases;5.Irregular rewinding(channeling);6.Tunnel effects,etc.Starting from the main problems of solventless laminating products,this paper takes the five-roller solventless laminating equipment as the research object,and mainly studies the influence of coating system,tension control system and mechanical properties of the machine on the quality of laminating products,so as to provide some references for the optimal design and actual production of the equipmentFirstly,the paper introduces the principle,structure,process flow and characteristics of solventless laminating equipment.This paper analyzes the characteristics of solventless laminating equipment,the main problems of solventless laminating technology and its main influencing factors,and briefly discusses the fault diagnosis technology of solventless laminating equipments.So we have a systematic understanding of solventless laminating technology.Secondly,this paper analyze the main factors influencing the quantity of glue,adhesive,the gap between glue cylinder and metering roller(hereinafter referred to as the metering gap),speed ratio of metering roller and coating roller,coated steel roller bearing quality and installation accuracy,coating and plastic roller rubber layer properties and the work load,compound machine speed,temperature,etc.The software Fluent was used for the numerical analysis of the coating process of the glue cylinder and the metering roller.and it was found that the size of the metering gap had a great influence on the amount of glue.A testing scheme for the amount of glue applied was designed: sampling and weighing test.Then,this paper analyzes the tension generation and force analysis and the reasons that affect tension stability,and finds that the speed and the radius of the substrate have great influence on the tension.The control method of tension and its characteristics are described.Two kinds of tension detection methods and their principles are studied and analyzed.It provides some references for the study of the tension detection scheme.Finally,this paper mainly studies the influence of mechanical properties of solventless laminating equipment on the compound quality of products.The dynamic response test scheme,including vibration test and micro-displacement test,was developed.The theoretical modal analysis of the coating mechanism is carried out,and the overall modal shape of the coating mechanism is obtained,which provides guidance for reducing the transmission of dynamic excitation and reducing the vibration of system parts.
