In the erection of power lines,there are often crossings between new power lines and existing railway lines.With the development of infrastructure in our country,this crossover will become a new normal situation.According to the regulations of the relevant departments,the safety protection of the railway should be carried out during the construction of railway crossing.At present,in the overhead transmission line crossing the railway,scaffolding is usually built on both sides of the railway by manual jobs,and the protection of the railway is carried out by laying a top protective net.This kind of protection method is complex in construction and can not be guaranteed safety.So an automatic crossing equipment which can ensure the construction safety and reduce the construction difficulty is needed.In this paper,various existing safety protection schemes for railway crossing are discussed.Based on the existing new safety protection schemes for railway crossing,a comprehensive optimal design of the safety protection equipment for railway crossing is proposed.On the basis of mechanical design and relevant railway codes,this paper optimizes the working flow of the equipment and the trajectory of the driving parts,optimizes the design and theoretical calculation of the key components of the equipment,such as truss structure,rotary structure and support leg structure of the base,and establishes the digital prototype model of the whole equipment by SOLIDWORKS,which provide reference for dynamics simulation and finite element analysis.In this paper,the anti-overturning stability of equipment in dangerous conditions is analyzed with the reference of "Code for Design of Steel Structure" and "Code for Design of Cranes".The dynamic model of the equipment is established by ADAMS.The working process of the equipment is simulated by combining the optimized workflow and motion trajectory.The force distribution of the outriggers,the motion trajectory of whole machine's centroid and the stress of each joint are obtained.According to the stress situation,the finite element analysis of each component is carried out under the most dangerous condition by using ANSYS,the strength and stiffness of the component are checked,and the rationality of the structural optimization design is verified.Finally,the joint simulation is carried out by using ANSYS and ADAMS,and the stress distribution of each joint under the elastic effect of truss structure is analyzed.Through the optimization analysis of railway crossing safety protection equipment,the stage achievements of equipment from scheme design to prototype manufacture are realized,and the process of research and development is advanced.It is of great significance to improve the automation degree,work efficiency and protection effect of equipment in construction operation,and provides reference value for batch production of equipment.
