Ventilation is the key problem of coal-mine safety production. Safe and reliableventilation system is crucial for the prevention and treatment of gas, coal dust and fireaccident. In order to ensure the recoverability and repeated mining of residual coal in the agedcoal-mine, thus guaranteeing safety production of the aged coal-mine, aged coal-mineventilation system optimization and transformation evaluation indexes system which based onachieving the task of mine ventilation and meeting the requirements of safe reliability,technical feasibility and economic rationality were determined, the optimization andtransformation scheme was selected, and numerical simulation software was used to analyzethe optimization and transformation scheme. Contrast to the analysis result, specificoptimization and modification scheme was put forward on the typical aged coal-mine inChenghe mine.Through the discussion on the research status of mine ventilation system optimizationand transformation evaluation, ventilation network calculation and numerical simulationanalysis, the existed problems under study at present were analyzed, the contents, directionsand methods of the research were determined. On this basis, through the discussion on theaged coal-mine and mine lifecycle, the concept of the aged coal-mine and the feature of itsventilation system were confirmed,14of the aged coal-mine ventilation system optimizationand transformation evaluation indexes was built, analytic hierarchy process and expert scoringmethodwere used to take the importance ranking on each index, and the weight of each indexwas fixed.Based on comprehensive consideration of production understudy assignment and safe,economical and reasonable operation of mine ventilation system, established mine ventilat ionsystem optimization and transformation evaluation indexes system was applied, feasible optimization and modification scheme was confirmed. Through the establishment of agedcoal-mine roadway airflow flowing differential equation, and the effect of the optimizationand modification on the aged coalmine ventilation system was verified by the AnsysWorkbench14.5numerical simulation software at last, which has achieved a good result.Constant air volume mathematical analysis method was used to take ventilation networkoptimization on the mine ventilation system inâ„–2coal mine in Chenghe Mine and Wangcuncoal-mine, problems in mine ventilation system were confirmed, specific optimization andmodification scheme was put forward according to simulate the calculation of ventilationnetwork, mine service life was prolonged by the optimization and transformation practice.
