With the development of modern and contemporary social economy,water pollution is becoming more and more serious.In recent years,water pollution incident occurred frequently,it not only affect the ecological environment,but also have a serious impact on human health.Therefore,reasonable utilization of w ater resources and water pollution monitoring is of great significance,meanwhile,it puts forward higher requirements for the water environment monitoring in our country.The process of water quality monitoring has been developing for a long time,the traditional detection method based on experience not only have low precision,but also consume human resources.The chemical test process is complex and may cause secondary pollution.The instrument detection method is the latest modern monitoring method,through the different sensors,the monitoring system achieve the data detection and transform the physical data and chemical data of the object into the corresponding electrical signal,and then display the data directly through the signal processing and amplifier.Compared to the traditional method based on experience and the chemical method,the instrument method can not only monitor the data in real time in the field of water quality monitoring,but also provide the monitoring of the water quality in the wid e water area with less influence on the ecological environment.In recent years,with the development of sensor technology,more and more sensors have been applied to the water quality monitoring,which made the water quality parameters measurement become more and more simple.The development of wireless communication technology also makes the monitoring system monitor the data in real time.Zig Bee technology has been widely used in the field of wireless communication with its short distance and low power consumption.Combined with the present problems of water quality monitoring system and demand,this paper develops a kind of industrial water quality monitoring system based on ZigBee.The purpose of this system is to improve the accuracy of monitoring and realize the real-time monitoring of water environment.The system collects the parameters of water quality through the terminal node and sends the collected data to the client through the router and coordinator node,and then monitoring and warning by designing the warning value.In the hardware aspect of this system,it adopts SOC solution CC2530 chip of TI company as the main chip of this system,it is responsible for receiving,processing and forwarding the system data.The water quality monitoring modul e adopts related sensors and design methods,this paper also carries out the front-end data processing and presents the compensation method of conductivity in order to achieve more accurate real-time monitoring.In the software aspect,this paper is focused on the modification and transplantation of Z-Stack protocol Stack in order to meet the application requirements of the system.It also gives the flow chart and part source code of the terminal sensor and wireless data transmission.At last,it design the server interface in order to achieve the real-time display of water quality parameters and warning function.After the each module test and integration test of the system,its performance index basically meet the design requirements,realized the real-time collection and monitoring of water quality parameters,including temperature,PH,turbidity and conductivity monitoring,and then complete the function of water quality monitoring network communication.Compared with the traditional water quality monitoring methods,t his system not only can reduce the difficulty of monitoring,save human resources,but also achieve a more accurate real-time data monitoring and early warning function with excessive,realize the long-term continuous monitoring and early warning.This system has great significance for other dynamic water quality monitoring occasions such as sewage treatment and tap water.
