With the continuous development of China's industrialization process,more and more environmental problems have become prominent.One of the outstanding problems is the accumulation and disposal of hazardous wastes.Industrial hazardous wastes are the most prolific among hazardous wastes.The threat to the ecological environment and human health cannot be ignored.Especially if the gases volatilized during storage are not properly disposed,they will cause a series of hazards.This research studied some problems involved in the storage of industrial hazardous waste,and it has certain innovation and guiding significance.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through a large amount of literature and related data research,the statistical analysis of the amount of industrial hazardous waste in various provinces and cities in China is carried out.According to the actual situation of this study,an industrial hazardous waste treatment center in Suzhou,Jiangsu Province is selected as the gas sampling point.The samples were tested by TD-GC-MS method and analyzed for possible hazards to the surrounding environment.The results show that the components of industrial hazardous waste gas are mainly aromatic hydrocarbons and hydrocarbon derivatives,which are flammable,explosive,toxic and odorous.The above conclusions not only provide theoretical support for the collection and targeted treatment of subsequent industrial hazardous waste gas,but also provide a basis for the setting of fluid properties in the subsequent numerical simulation.(2)Using Gambit software to construct a physical model of industrial hazardous waste temporary storage and meshing,The Fluent software is used to solve the calculation and simulate the diffusion distribution of the gas in the temporary storage space under various working conditions when the discharge door is closed,any one is opened,any two are opened,and the discharge door is fully opened.Using Tecplot software to analyze the concentration field,pressure field and velocity field,the results show that when the discharge door is closed,it can maintain a relatively stable negative pressure in the temporary storage.When the discharge door is opened,the eddy current is easily formed above the discharge door due to the pressure difference,which causes the air leakage of the coil,and then proposes suggestions for the management and transformation of the temporary storage from the perspectives of gas leakage and worker safety.(3)In view of the above leakage situation,the Gaussian diffusion model is used to calculate the maximum landing concentration,and the results show that the relevant factory boundary specifications are still met.However,in order to eliminate this safety hazard,this study studied the influence of different influencing factors on the gas diffusion in the temporary storage.At the same time,combined with the current industrial hazardous waste gas treatment methods,the control measures for industrial hazardous waste gas are proposed from the active and passive perspectives.Furthermore,it provides theoretical basis and technical support for the transformation of the temporary storage room and the design of the temporary storage room.
