With the development of offshore oil and gas exploration,offshore oil fields have become the main battlefield of stabilizing the oil strategy in eastern China,mainly including the Bohai Sea,the Yellow Sea,the East China Sea and the continental shelf of the South China sea.And it has been paid high attention to the safety of operations of offshore oil and gas exploration.In shallow sea,the exploration and development of oil and gas usually selects the jack-up platform,whose preloading and bottom-sitting stability is the key index to evaluate the holistic security of the platform.The safety of the platform in preloading and bottom sitting situation is affected by many environmental factors,such as wind,wave,current,seabed foundation and internal load change..In this study,according to the technical data of bottom-sitting stability of mobile platforms at home and abroad,the limiting factors bottom-sitting stability were analyzed,and the computing results of an example were compared and analyzed using two methods including the CCS standard formula and FEA,then the recommended CCS formula in the current software is proved to be reasonable and effective.Meanwhile,the requirement analysis of bottom-sitting stability system was carried out,and the internal core formulas were also organized.The scene analysis technology of bottom-sitting stability of the platform was performed,and the bottom-sitting stability scene analysis system,integrating the sea environment,the geological conditions and the loads of the platform itself,was developed to accomplish the procedures of positioning,preloading,loads control and scene monitoring,in order to provide technical supports for real-time safety analysis of the preloading and bottom-sitting stability of jack-ups In this research,the integration analysis was performed for the related factors of the bottom-sitting stability of jack-ups,and the integration of the preloading and bottom-sitting safety analysis at work site was accomplished.So the in-place analysis of platforms is more feasible and scientific,and there is a in-place analysis method of preloading decision-making,load control,security control of bottom-sitting for platforms,in order to reduce the on-site operation risk and improve the,bottom-sitting safety and emplacement efficiency of jack-ups.The research results indicated that the scene analysis technology of bottom-sitting stability of the platform was performed for the related factors of the bottom-sitting stability of jack-ups,and the integration of the preloading and bottom-sitting safety analysis at work site was accomplished.So the in-place analysis of platforms is more feasible and scientific,and there is a in-place analysis method of preloading decision-making,load control,security control of bottom-sitting for platforms,in order to reduce the on-site operation risk and improve the,bottom-sitting safety and emplacement efficiency of jack-ups.
