Oilfield surface construction project are multi-step and large-scale.It demonstrates the current level of oilfield development and is also important economically.To a certain extent,it can also affect the output and production costs of petroleum.The traditional oilfield surface project management has its own deficiencies,for example,there are multiple independent departments implementing the project;which can lead to a lack of coordination between these functional departments.These deficiencies have resulted in increased management costs,and reduced the management efficiency.In recent years,with the fourth industrial revolution and the rapid development of technology,the international oil prices have remained low for quite some time.With the demand for reform of state-owned enterprises,market competition is becoming more and more fierce.As a result,project management is getting more and more attention for its importance as a tool to give enterprises an edge over their competitors.Therefore,it has become urgent and necessary to integrate lifecycle management in these projects,which then promotes the full coordination of the targets of the oilfield surface construction projects and the overall optimization control of the oilfield surface construction projects can be realized.Hence the maximum benefit of the project can be achieved.This paper makes full use of certain management theories and methods,such as project management,systems theory and the lifecycle integration management.Starting with analyzingthe implication of integration management,this paper expands on the characteristics and operational mechanism of the lifecycle integration management system.In addition,the paper analyzes and discusses the related problems and models in some typical cases of oilfield surface construction project,and evaluates the present situation and existing problems of oilfield surface construction project management.Subsequently more emphasis is placed on the organization,process,target element and information integration of the integrated management of oilfield surface construction projects.Based on these analyses,a model suitable for oilfield surface construction project is constructed.The last part of the paper explores the risk and implementation guarantee of oilfield surface construction project integration management.The method of LEC in risk management is mainly used to analyze the risk of construction project lifecycle.The corresponding countermeasures have been worked out for the selected risk factors.
