With the increase of coal mining depth,the phenomenon of mine thermal damage becomes more and more serious,which threatens the safety and health of the operators,and leads to the serious decline of the efficiency of the operators.The main thermal symptoms and fatigue characteristics of workers in thermal environment were obtained by designing the questionnaire of thermal symptoms and ergonomic response.Further research on the human physiological characteristics of thermal environment operation is carried out,and the change rules of physiology,tolerance and comfort of operators are obtained.Combined with the analysis of the thermal environment limit of the fully mechanized excavation face,the improvement measures of thermal damage are put forward for the operation of the fully mechanized excavation face in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine.The research contents include:(1)According to the questionnaire of thermal symptoms and ergonomic response of human body,the order of thermal symptoms of human body in thermal environment is sweating,rapid breathing,other thermal symptoms,myalgia,weakness,chest distress,dizziness,and the severity of them increases with the increase of mining depth;the working hours of human body fatigue are shortened with the increase of mining depth;the working hours of the same mining depth are in the order from long to morning shift,short shift,night shift.(2)Experimental study on human physiological characteristics in thermal environment of fully mechanized excavation face.According to the physiological characteristics experiment,the influence order of environmental parameters on heart rate and oral temperature is temperature,humidity and wind speed;with the increase of mining depth,the tolerance degree of human body is gradually increased,and the time to reach the stable tolerance degree is shortened;when the mining depth is not more than 750 m,moderate increase of heart rate and oral temperature will help to improve human comfort.(3)Based on the analysis of two critical state limits of thermal environment in the comprehensive excavation face,it is concluded that when the relative humidity of the environment is greater than 50%,the maximum ambient temperature and the physiological equivalent temperature that can be achieved under the critical comfort index state are not more than 28 ?,and 36 ? under the critical thermal index state;when the humidity is greater than 75%,the tolerance time under the critical thermalindex state is not more than 10 h,and the allowable reduction degree of work.,efficiency is 30% effective allowable exposure time shall not exceed 6h.(4)According to the results of thermal environment limit evaluation and analysis,combined with the actual situation of the coal mine,give advice to Zhangshuanglou coal mine include: At the mining depth of-500 m,the wind speed of the fully mechanized excavation face should be reduced to1~1.5m/s,and the current measures should be maintained at the mining depth of-750 m.The duration of continuous operation at-1000 m and-1150 m mining depth shall not exceed 2.5h,and various cooling measures shall be taken at the same time to strengthen rest,increase ventilation.There are 54 figures,20 tables and 72 references in this thesis...
