In recent years,with the enlargement of the scale of warehousing enterprises,the hazardous chemicals warehouse are increasing.At present,the design of the safety instrument system is not standard and the configuration is unreasonable,there are more dangers.Therefore,it is very important to carry out quantitative risk assessment for the hazardous chemicals warehouse.In China,we actively promote quantitative risk assessment for hazardous chemicals warehouse at the same time,but also faced with the lack of accident scene and data.The selection of the accident scene and the processing of the probability data are the focus of the present work.Based on the theoretical analysis of the accident statistics and the damage of different packaging forms,the common accident scenes in thazardous chemicals warehouse are summarized.Aiming at the uncertain failure probability of accident mode,human error is the biggest cause in accident failure,and the failure probability of accident mode is calculated based on human identification method.China is promoting the establishment of hazardous chemical industrial park to put all the hazardous chemicals into the industrial park.The ignition probability of the hazardous chemicals warehouse in the industrial park is different of that in the town area.A new model is used to calculate the ignition probability of hazardous chemicals warehouse which is based on the different topography and geomorphology.The result analysis is a necessary part of the quantitative risk assessment,mainly using some theoretical models to predict the impact of the accident.The uniqueness of the hazardous chemical warehouse is the diffusion in the limited space,and the diffusion model must be suitable for the warehouse.Finally,taking the field data of one hazardous chemicals warehouse as an example,The data of the accident scene,the probability of accident and the probability of ignition are applied to the example.The results of the quantitative risk assessment for the hazardous chemicals warehouse and target are compared.The result shows that the data processing scheme adopted by us is in accordance with the expectation and can provide some safety assessment of quantitative risk assessment for the hazardous chemicals warehouse.
