In order to further meet the needs of users for household fruit brewing machines and improve the product market competitiveness,this paper establishes a method to analyze the priority of household brewing products users’ needs to guide the design of household smart fruit brewing machines.This method can help designers find key requirements objectively and quickly in the messy information,shorten the design cycle,and bring users a better operating experience.First of all,start with the current research status of wine making machines at home and abroad to understand the development history and characteristics of wine making technology and wine making machines.At the same time,in view of the market phenomenon that the using environment of brewing machines has gradually spread from bars and wineries to ordinary households,the changes in user needs in this process are analyzed.Secondly,through questionnaire surveys and one-to-one user interviews,a typical user role model is established and characterized,which summarizes the user’s needs for the brewing machine as an initial design element.Then,the fuzzy Kano questionnaire is used to forward and reverse questions to users and establish corresponding evaluation items,dividing user needs into five types of quality elements.Retaining the necessary and expected requirements,using the approach to ideal solution sorting method(TOPSIS),sorting the importance of charm demand indicators,and selecting the first three items as key design directions.It is found that the existing brewing machines in the market have three problems in the use of home kitchen environments: unintuitive display of the brewing process,single brewing taste,and imperfect service experience.Third,in the innovative design stage,analyze the using process of the existing brewing machine and simplify the design,propose a product design plan for the home smart fruit brewing machine and supporting operating software,and change the appearance of the original stainless steel brewing pot to a transparent top visible structure,enable users to see the fermentation progress more intuitively.In terms of the diversification of fruit wine products,family members can fill in the taste information on the APP,and during the fermentation process,the finished products in the fermentation pot are divided and flowed into the corresponding compartments in order to achieve one-time brewing and multiple flavors.On its service system,mobile phones and machines are connected via Bluetooth,and users can share their brewing experience with wine friends.This design aims to innovate the design concept,function and structure of the household intelligent fruit brewing machine,and make the product design more humane and differentiated.Finally,the target user usability test is carried out to obtain feedback and opinions on the convenience and safety of the product or service,so as to clarify the direction of product iteration or service optimization,to better meet user needs and improve user satisfaction.The new home smart fruit brewing machine adds a unique taste and experience on the basis of sealed fermentation,evaporation and purification,and constant temperature insulation.At the same time,the feasibility of the fuzzy Kano-TOPSIS method model is verified,and it also provides a reference for the design and research of user requirements of similar products.
