Research On Staff Safety Training System Of Shanxi HQ Coal Mine

Coal mining enterprises are one of the important energy industries in China.In recent years,under the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,China's coal mine safety production has shown a trend of overall stability and improvement.The total number of accidents has decreased year by year,and the main indicators have continued to decline.In 2013,the death rate per million tons of coal mines in China was0.288%,which fell to below 0.3% for the first time.However,we must be aware that the current situation of coal mine safety production is still very serious,and coal mine safety work is still facing great pressure and challenges.The research shows that there is an important connection between the early prevention of accidents and the occurrence of accidents.Safety production training is one of the effective means to prevent production accidents.In order to ensure the safety production of coal mining enterprises,our country continuously promulgates and revises relevant laws and regulations,and strengthens the supervision and management of safety training.Firmly establish the red line consciousness that development must not be at the expense of human life,firmly adhere to the work direction of people-oriented,life first and safe production,and further avoid the occurrence of major accidents.Data research shows that the early prevention of accidents is closely related to the occurrence of accidents,and safety production training is one of the effective means to prevent production accidents.This requires coal mining enterprises to establish an effective training mechanism to enhance and consolidate the effect of safety production training.At the same time,the safety training work needs to obtain experience and information in practice,combine with the actual work safety of the enterprise's own employees,make timely adjustments,continuously improve and ensure the quality of work safety training,and give full play to the role of training in work safety.This paper expounds the environment,significance and role of coal mine staff safety training,introduces the research methods and research ideas,and expounds the relevant theories of staff training system.Taking Shanxi HQ coal mine as an example,this paper investigates,analyzes and sorts out the basic situation of samples,basic situation of safety production training,safety production training courses,evaluation of employees' safety training effect,etc.through the questionnaire,it finds that there are some problems such as insufficient understanding of employees' training needs,problems in the organization and implementation of training,and the evaluation of training effect is just a formality,etc.,and obtains these problems The reasons for the problems are not paying attention to the needs investigation and analysis,unreasonable design of training time,unscientific arrangement of training plan,outdated training materials and forms,insufficient publicity and mobilization,and imperfect evaluation of safety training effect,etc.From the three aspects of the need identification of employee safety training,the organization and implementation of employee safety training system,and the effectiveness evaluation of employee safety training system,This paper puts forward the optimization suggestions of coal mine employee safety training system.Finally,from the aspects of establishing the concept of coal mine safety culture,increasing the input and incentive mechanism of safety training,establishing the training management scheme,strengthening the supervision and management,improving the working mechanism and ensuring the training effect,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures to optimize the training system.
