Research On Safety Skill Improvement Strategy Of Employees In A Coal Mine Enterprise

Safety is a state,and no danger is the unique essence of safety.Ensuring the orderly progress of safe production in enterprises is a prerequisite for the vigorous development of society.For a long time,in the development process of high-risk industries,many high-tech talents are unwilling to participate in them because of their high labor intensity and high risk coefficient.Most of those entering high-risk industries are some "zero-based" migrant workers.,Resulting in the lack of professionalism of personnel engaged in high-risk industries,and the problem of insufficient safety skills has gradually become prominent,which has had a great impact on the safety development of the industry.For coal mining enterprises,it is also a kind of high-risk industry in nature.Therefore,in the development process of coal mining enterprises,they should continuously strengthen their employees' attention to safety,and provide regular training to employees to improve their safety skills and reduce employees.The number of unsafe actions to avoid accidents.This article takes A coal mine enterprise as the research object,starting with the research on the insufficiency of employee safety skills.First,fully study the relevant literature on safety skills by domestic and foreign scholars,determine the definition of safety skills studied in this article,and on this basis,determine that safety skills are divided into five dimensions,namely,the physical quality dimension,the psychological quality dimension,and the safety awareness dimension.The dimensions of knowledge and skills,and the dimensions of safety capabilities.Then,the accident cases of coal mine company A in the past 10 years(2010-2019)are counted,the unsafe actions of employees in the accident area are analyzed,and the factors that affect the accident are explored;with the help of questionnaire survey method,the safety of the six major types of coal mines is analyzed.Skill status.Finally,take the roadheader as an example,through combing the safety operation regulations,determine the core safety skills that the job should have,and use safety training as the starting point to build a safety skills training matrix.The physical and mental health of employees,the organization and implementation of safety skills to enhance the effectiveness of supervision and management put forward safeguard measures for employees of the entire coal mine enterprise in order to improve the safety literacy of coal mine employees.
