At present,in the domestic liquor industry,large-scale stainless steel tanks are used for liquor storage,and traditional manual measurement management method is still used for liquor monitoring and statistics in the tank,which results in a large amount of human and material resources investment,and low efficiency affects the efficiency of the enterprise.At present,some large-scale liquor production enterprises in China have partially realized the automation of liquor blending,filling and other production,but not the automation of original liquor storage.Therefore,this paper proposes a design of liquor tank monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless network technology,aiming at the automatic monitoring of liquor raw liquor.The design goal of the system described in this paper is to change the way of monitoring the liquor tank on the production link of the liquor industry in China.In order to increase the automation level in the production process of the liquor industry and accelerate the automation transformation of the liquor production,a liquor storage line free monitoring system based on ZigBee technology has been designed and completed.This system consists of two subsystems,the lower computer system and the upper computer system.The lower computer system is composed of multiple terminal data acquisition equipment and ZigBee networking equipment coordinator based on CC2530.The terminal data collector performs data measurement,data processing and upload to the coordinator,and then the terminal data collector enters the sleep low-power state to wait for the next sleep wake-up.After receiving the data uploaded by the terminal data collector,the coordinator stores the corresponding nodes and transmits them to the upper computer system through the TCP network protocol network cable.The upper computer system is a software platform,which is used for data storage and graph processing of related data,displaying various parameters and changing rules related to the tank body,and completing data visualization.According to the requirements of this project,the system is divided into software design and hardware design.In the software part,using ZigBee's inherent wireless network technology,the coordination multi terminal network topology and communication mode are established,andthen the network topology and communication mode between coordinator and host computer are determined by using TCP network protocol.Based on the principle of Z-stack protocol stack,the program contents of each node of terminal data collector and coordinator are designed.Based on the configuration software,the upper computer software system is built.At the end of this paper,the wireless monitoring system of liquor storage based on ZigBee technology is verified from the bottom to the top.Data acquisition and processing test of terminal data collector,low-power test,networking test of coordinator,data processing test of upper computer system.At last,the whole system running test in the laboratory environment,recording the system running problems,system stability,accuracy verification.The system test shows that the system can complete the task of real-time data monitoring of liquor tank storage,and meet the needs of the project.
