In the 2020 No.1 central document,the document clearly stated that we should "do a solid job in improving the rural settlement environment" and "further support the farmers to carry out the village cleaning and greening" and further promote the construction of "beautiful homeland".Laoling,located in the northwest plain of Shandong Province,is a county-level city under Dezhou City,Shandong Province.Laoling has a long history in agricultural production.However,for a long time,there has been a serious problem of overdevelopment of arable land,overuse of pesticides and fertilizers in Laoling City,and the problem of non-point source pollution of agriculture in Laoling City has become increasingly prominent,which has hindered the further development of economic and social in Laoling City.Therefore,in the current situation,it is particularly urgent for farmers to participate in the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution,and the research on Farmers' willingness to participate in the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution is more important.To improve the participation of farmers in the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution in Laoling City is of great importance to the environmental protection of agricultural and rural areas in Laoling City,as well as to the construction of "beautiful home".It can effectively improve the environmental protection awareness of overall farmers in Laoling City,improve the quality of farmers,and help better and faster realize the common prosperity of rural areas To improve the living standards and quality of agricultural population.This paper is based on the above background.Firstly,the paper defines the agricultural non-point source pollution and other related contents by literature reading and other methods,and summarizes and sorts out the related research status at home and abroad.Secondly,by using the method of on-the-spot investigation and systematic analysis,it aims at the actualsituation of agricultural non-point source pollution prevention and control in Laoling City and the farmers' situation in the process of prevention and control Based on the research and analysis of the participation status,this paper makes further empirical analysis.The conclusion of this paper shows that the biggest problem in the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution in Laoling City is the lack of environmental protection awareness of the farmers,which leads to the extensive mode of operation for a long time,neglecting the prevention and control of pollution,the lack of funds and the backward economic growth mode for a long time.At the same time,the degree of education,the degree of technical training,the family income,the awareness of environmental protection and other aspects all account for a large proportion in the research of the factors affecting the willingness of farmers to participate in the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution.At the end of the paper,according to the farmers' willingness to participate in the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution in Laoling City,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: to improve the farmers' awareness of environmental protection,to strengthen technical training,to promote the improvement of agricultural production and operation mode,etc.Through this study,it can be concluded that the willingness of farmers to participate in the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution is inseparable from the alleviation of contradictions and coordination between each interest related theme,as well as the mutual support of environmental protection policies and funds.Only in this way can environmental pollution be effectively controlled and the level of environmental protection be further improved.At the same time,the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture can not be separated from the improvement of farmers' environmental awareness.Only farmers actively participate in the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution,and closely participate in cooperation,can we truly promote the comprehensivedevelopment of social economy.
