On October 18,2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in his report to the 19 th Party Congress that,"The economic development of many cities and regions throughout the country is unbalanced and in a backward position.There are many contradictions.The overall quality and efficiency of development need to be improved.There is a lack of awareness of innovation.The overall economic situation is worrying.Problems such as environmental pollution control need to be dealt with effectively." This is an era of rapid social development and accelerated economic globalization,and the challenges faced by industrial enterprises are increasingly severe.In addition,the Northeast Area Revitalization Plan's priority is to complete the transformation of industrial production,so the rise and fall of industrial manufacturing enterprises is the lifeblood of economic development.The traditional business performance evaluation methods can not meet the needs of enterprise development,we should combine the actual situation of enterprises to build a new set of performance evaluation methods.Polishing material manufacturers,whose products are widely used,have an important impact on industrial development.At present,the performance evaluation methods of polishing material enterprises in China are mostly traditional performance evaluation methods with financial indicators as the main ones.They excessively pursue profit maximization,neglect the long-term development of enterprises,and do not pay attention to product innovation.In this paper,HM Polishing Material Company is taken as the research object,and a performance evaluation system based on EVA-BSC is constructed to evaluate the performance of HM Polishing Material Company.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,research significance,literature review at home and abroad,research methods and research contents.Then it introduces the relevant contents of enterprise performance evaluation,including the concept and method of performance evaluation,EVA theoretical analysis and BSC theoretical analysis.Next,it explains the current performance evaluation methods of HM Polishing Materials Company,including the basic situation of HM Polishing Materials Company,the current performance evaluation methods and existing problems.The most important thing is HM Polishing Materials Company's EVA-BSC-based performance evaluation system design and HM Polishing Materials Company's EVA-BSC performance evaluation system application.Last In view of the deficiencies in HM Polishing Materials Company's current operation,some reasonable suggestions are put forward to effectively optimize the company's performance evaluation status,and the future research is also put forward.
