Research On Beijing-tianjin-hebei Associated Environmental Governance Issues Under The Guidance Of Marxist Ecological Theory

The ultimate conception for future society of Marxism is the common dream to realize the harmony and unification of nature,humans and society,construct ecological civilization so as to bring about a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Currently,the world economy is developing rapidly,and as one of the great powers,China attracts the various attention of international society.On one hand,existing problems of environment and development are real,which restricts the further development of China's current economy;on the other hand,it is also a problem how China's economy should create its own brand and realize structural transformation development and innovation-driven growth.It has drawn increasing attention of international society how contemporary China is changing and how China,in development,will affect the world.Therefore,the issue of how to balance economic development and ecological civilization construction is increasing catching the attention of international society.Furthermore,with the enhanced tendency of economic globalization,the connection between nations as well as regions is getting closer day by day.It is a significant challenge our nation is confronted with how to be in a dominant position in the fierce international competition.In 2014,it was put forward in New Urbanization Plan of Nation that the city agglomeration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region must aim at construct world-class city agglomeration and that the Party Central Committee and the State Council should grasp the new situation scientifically and regard propelling the synergetic development of Bejing-Tianjin-Hebei Region as significant strategic deployment,so as to realize superiority complementation resource integration and raise them to the altitude of national strategies.However,regional cooperative development which regards governments as the leading factor still mainly focuses on local economic development,lacking of force for the construction of ecological civilization,and thus the most fundamental approach is to regard creating ecological civilization and harmony as the theme and economic development as the principal line,combine the two factors,seek for an approach to build a strategic system of regional cooperative governance,so as to realize the improvement and the development of local environment.Marxism is the theoretical basis and guiding ideology of the long-term policies and guidelines for our party to govern our nation,and his thought of ecological theories had trace in the works dating back over 100 years,which has practical guiding significance for our nation to currently construct ecological civilization,realize sustainable development and build a beautiful China.Therefore,Starting with teasing Marx's ecological theories,the core content adapting to our nation's current social development is beneficial to provide us with guidance of ecology and environment cooperative governance during the process of synergetic development of urban areas,so as to construct the favorable ecological situation of harmonious coexistence.The thesis is divided into 4 parts: The first part is introduction,which contains the topic selection background,the pre-existing research achievements in the academic field,research characteristics,research methods and the brief introduction of the significance of the topic selection on the research of the problems of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region's environment cooperative governance.The second part mainly explains the rationale of the topic,and expounds the basic content of Marxism ecological theories,sinicized Marxism ecological theories and western Marxism ecological theories.The third part,combining the existing research data,according to the field research,analyzes and summarizes the current situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region's environmental problems,the existing problems in the current work of Bejing-Tianjin-Hebei Region's environmental governance and the influential factors.The fourth part puts forward the approaches to Bejing-Tianjin-Hebei Region's environmental cooperative governance in accordance with the deficiency of the work and by using for reference foreign successful working experience.
