Research On The Multi Governance Of Food Safety In Internet Takeout

The acceleration of life rhythm and the popularity of the Internet have promoted the rapid development of take-away food on the Internet.It is popular with consumers because of the timeliness,interactivity and flexibility.The rapid development of Internet food delivery has also caused a series of food safety problems due to unlicensed operation and lack of supervision.Therefore,how to effectively supervise food delivery on the Internet under the virtual Internet conditions is a new issue faced by governments and functional departments.Based on public governance and other theories,the thesis investigates the safety of Internet takeaway food in Zhuanghe City through literature analysis,case study,and questionnaire survey.The results show that the main problems of the food safety governance of Internet takeout in Zhuanghe City are: the unclear responsibilities under multi-sectoral participation and management,the inadequate auxiliary supervision functions of third-party platforms,the low self-discipline of Internet takeout operators and consumers' enthusiasm to participate in the governance of food safety on the Internet.In response to the above survey results,it proposed to enhance the governance power of the basic Internet takeaway food safety,implement the mechanism construction of the third-party ordering platform responsible person,strengthen the construction of catering operators' "Celebrity Kitchen Bright Stove Project" and the identification of "two-dimensional code",and guide consumers participate in the improvement measures of Internet takeaway food safety supervision and governance.On this basis,by increasing the financial input of Internet takeaway food safety,establishing a fast food safety detection mechanism,improving the online catering operator credit file,and achieving full coverage of the global food safety information sharing platform.Furthermore,an internet food delivery safety monitoring network system can be formed.This study is an effective supplement to the existing research results on the multiple governance of food safety on the Internet.It also helps Zhuanghe City to improve the supervision system of food delivery on the Internet,and it also has reference significance for the effective supervision of this area in other regions.
