Upgrade Design Of ERP Equipment Management System In Liaohe Oilfield

This article is based on the strategic goal development of Petrochina,and equipment management needs to be considered in all aspects of the entire life cycle of the equipment.Based on the design and implementation of the equipment management module in the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system of Liaohe Oilfield Company,the status quo of equipment management in oil and gas field enterprises,the concept of equipment full life cycle management,system architecture,business framework and implementation are described.This article analyzes the current situation of oilfield equipment full life management from multiple angles,especially summarizes the problems that affect the lifecycle management level of equipment from the perspective of informatization,based on the original functions,it is designed and implemented according to business needs.In the design and implementation of oil field equipment management,advanced management concepts and methods of equipment full life cycle management are introduced into the actual business of equipment management.Starting from the four business stages of planning management,procurement construction,operation maintenance and decommissioning management,the system The business framework,equipment selection management,master data management,maintenance management,preventive maintenance management,lubrication management and other related business processes are standardized and optimized,to create an equipment ERP system suitable for Liaohe oilfield enterprises.This system is based on the C/S three-tier framework structure,relies on the established ERP system for exploration and production sector,uses SAP(Systems Application Production in Data processing)system as the work platform for business management,and on this basis,in the SAP DEV system environment,it uses Oracle database and ABAP/4 programming language has developed optimized design functions(including reports,additions,interfaces,and function development).The ultimate goal is to establish a set of ERP equipment management system that opens up the interaction of various modules and runs through the entire life cycle of the equipment.Under the framework of the original equipment management module,the upgrade and promotion of the system are improved by expanding the equipment business integrity,achieving refined management of key business,providing auxiliary decision support and management analysis,etc.The main line is to realize the equipment performance evaluation system to make the equipment strive to achieve the goals of maximum availability and minimum cost,further improve the entire life cycle management,and provide more means and data for managers at all levels for management and decision-making services.
