Research On The Mode Selection Of Yunnan A Petrochemical Project Management

With the national economic structure adjustment, government increase investment in One Belt and One Road Initiative, especially investment to the southwest is unprecedented. As key passage town of China to South Asia, Yunnan bridgehead role has become increasingly prominent and faces huge oil and gas market demand,Yunnan A petrochemical project emerges as required. Due to large capacity, complicated process and multi process, such large-scale construction has brought many advanced processing technology and management methods.New technology put forward higher management requirements to basic construction management. Many current mode and mature methods are increasingly unable to meet the demand of construction, so project construction need more professional project management enterprise to manage. In order to encourage the relevant enterprises to carry out more professional project management business, the Ministry of Construction issued a series of documents. On referring to the advanced experience of international project management and combining the actual situation of China, CNPC has discovered a set of project management modes as we can it IPMT+Supervision+EPC "mode which can prevent risk, control investment, optimize the quality, ensure progress and eradicate hidden danger. Practice has proved that this management model is very suitable for large-scale project construction management and accumulates valuable experience for follow-up large-scale projects construction and operation. This article studies practical project management mode for China through research on overseas advanced management combining application analysis on Yunnan A petrochemical construction with “IPMT+Supervision+EPC”mode. This paper analyzes the application condition of project management and integrates management mode of domestic construction industry with international advanced mode which is helpful to capture more project management market in international construction project business and create more economic benefits for country.
