As an important direct wide bandgap semiconductor material,ZnO has shown good performance in the fields of nano-generators,sensors,optoelectronic devices and biodetectors due to its unique structure and excellent electrical,magnetic,optoelectronic and piezoelectric properties.Micro-nano structures with different morphologies and sizes have different properties.Therefore,it is a meaningful work to control the synthesis of different micro-nano materials and study the properties related to morphology and size.Due to some defects of ZnO,its photocatalytic performance is reduced to some extent.It has been found through research that doping of rare metal ions can effectively improve the photocatalytic performance of semiconductor photocatalysts.Polyester is a kind of fabric with numerous excellent properties,but there are no hydrophilic groups,resulting in poor hydrophilicity of the polyester fabric.Therefore,the hydrophilic modification of the polyester fabric is performed to improve the hydrophilicity of the polyester fabric,thereby improving the binding fastness of the polyester fabric and the nanomaterial.The application of ZnO on modified polyester fabrics can give the fabrics photocatalytic performance,UV resistance and antibacterial properties,but the bonding fastness of ZnO to fabrics is poor.Aiming at the above problems,ZnO with different morphologies were prepared in this paper.Rare metal element:Cs was doped into flake-shaped nano-ZnO to enhance the photocatalytic performance of ZnO.Cs-ZnO with different morphologies were made.Different morphologies of Cs-ZnO successfully grown on modified polyester fabrics.The multiple coupling agents were used to further improve the binding fastness of different morphologies of Cs-ZnO and modified polyester fabrics,in order to prepare multifunctional modified polyester fabric.The main contents are as follows:1.Using Zn?NO3?2.6H2O and?CH2?6N4as raw materials,the effects of different concentrations of surfactant trisodium citrate on the morphology of ZnO were discussed.XRD,SEM,FT-IR,and PL were used to test the performance and structure of ZnO with different morphologies.And using methylene blue solution?MB?as colored pollutants,the photocatalytic performance of ZnO with different morphologies was studied.The results showed that the degradation rate of sheet-flower ZnO reached 85.1%,the degradation rate of rod ZnO was 81.45%,and the degradation rate of columnar ZnO was 75.88%after60min UV irradiation.Among them,the sheet-flower ZnO has the smallest band gap,the highest crystal defect concentration and the best photocatalytic activity.2.The sheet-flower nano-ZnO doped with rare metal Cs doped with different molar ratios were prepared by a hydrothermal method,and the prepared product was calcined.Then,FT-IR,XRD,PL,and Uv-vis were used to characterize the flake-like Cs-ZnO powder.The degradation performance of sheet-flower Cs-ZnO with different doping contents on its was studied by using methylene blue solution as a colored pollutant.The results showed that when the Cs doping amount was 3%,more hydroxyl radicals were generated on the surface of ZnO.It can also increase the concentration of photo-generated electron-hole pairs,and enhance the photocatalytic performance of ZnO.When 3%Cs-ZnO was irradiated with a 1-hour ultraviolet mercury lamp,its degradation rate reached95.68%.After 5 cycles of use,the degradation rate of ZnO only decreased 6.43%,which had excellent photocatalytic performance and cycle stability.3.A simple hydrothermal method was used to successfully grow ZnO with different morphologies on modified polyester fabrics.In order to improve the washing fastness of Cs-ZnO with different morphologies on modified polyester fabrics,KH570,KH602,and KH792 were separately treated on the modified polyester fabric step by step.Research showed that after using KH792 as a coupling agent,the modified polyester fabric had better fastness to rod and sheet-flower Cs-ZnO.After 10 washings,it still had good photocatalytic effect on methylene blue,the modified polyester fabric with Cs-ZnO nanorods growing on the surface was photocatalytic.The performance decreased by 6.19%,and the photocatalytic performance of the modified polyester fabric with Cs-ZnO nanosheet flowers grown on the surface only decreased by 6.03%,and the UV resistance remained almost unchanged,still 50+.
