In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic social economy and technology,the demand for oil and natural gas has increased greatly.At the same time,significant achievements have been made in the field of oil and natural gas exploration.The cooperation with foreign oil and gas fields has continued to deepen,so it can be foreseen In the next few years,China's oil and natural gas pipeline construction will enter its peak period.However,in the context of economic transformation and industrial upgrading,the oil and gas industry has implemented reforms,and the degree of openness in related fields has continued to increase,making the competition in the oil and gas infrastructure construction industry increasingly intensified.Facing the new development environment,relevant state-owned enterprises have implemented reforms in response to the new competitive situation in the market.Sichuan Oil Construction Company also implemented a series of reform measures.After asset reorganization,it was merged into the Pipeline Administration.In order to achieve new development goals,it must cultivate its core competitiveness as soon as possible,enhance market competitiveness,and improve and reverse the current development situation.With the recovery of the world economy,the development of the global oil and gas industry gradually returns to normal.Sichuan Oilfield Construction has ushered in new development opportunities,but also faces many challenges.It is necessary to improve its core competitiveness as soon as possible,and then take root in the increasingly complex market environment.In view of this,this study takes Sichuan Oilfield Construction Company as the research object,sorts out and summarizes the core competitiveness theory and existing research results,and then analyzes the current situation of the company's core competitiveness;after analyzing the basic situation and development practice of Sichuan Oilfield Construction Company,the influencing factors of the company's competitiveness are clarified;the judgment matrix is constructed by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).The level of competitiveness and the main competitive advantages are analyzed quantitatively.Combined with the analysis results of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,this paper puts forward the measures to enhance the core competitiveness of Sichuan Oilfield Construction Company.It formulates the strategic planning from the aspects ofstrengthening strategic decision-making ability and resource advantage,strengthening technological innovation and condition environment,improving marketing and management coordination ability,and strengthening enterprise culture and organization construction,so as to help Sichuan Oilfield Construction Company improve its self-improvement scientifically and efficiently As the core competitiveness,it provides reference for the development and improvement of other enterprises of the same type.The research has practical guidance and theoretical development significance.Finally,the paper summarizes the theoretical results of this study,and points out the shortcomings of the study,which provides a new direction for future related research.
