Study On Design Of Flexible Organizational Structure Of Large-scale Engineering Project

large-scale engineering projects are becoming larger and more complex.The traditional project organizational structure is faced with more and more severe challenges.The efficiency of information flow is quite important in engineering projects,especially in large-scale engineering projects.In the complex and changeful knowledge economy,Problems like slow transmission of information,communication obstacle,information distortion and loss of information can appear in the process of information management of large-scale engineering project structure.Thus,this article considers from the perspective of information flow efficiency,conducts research on organizational structure in use of entropy theory,and designs flexible organizational structure forGuangle highway project,in order to try providing a new perspective for designing flexible organizational structure for large-scale engineering project.Firstly,the article introduces from several angles the basic theory of both engineering project organization and flexible organization,focusing on introducing different types of engineering project organizational structure and explaining the content of engineering flexible organization.Secondly,the article applies entropy models to quantitatively describing the ordered degree of engineering project organizational structure from the angle ofthe speed and accuracy of information communication.And then entropy change models are used to quantitatively describe the flexible degree of engineering project organizational structure,based on the active angle.After that,the article introduces case analysis to compare the linear structure and matrix organization and we find that both the ordered degree and flexible degree of matrix organizational structure are larger than linear organizational structure.But information communicates slower in matrix structures than in linear structures.Finally,based on the conclusions obtained from qualitative analysis of basic theories and quantitative analysis using model analysis and computing case,we design flexible organizational structure for Guangle highway project and explainthe reasons of the design in the important phases of the project.
