The Funding Research Of Airport And Other Large Tourist Traffic Infrastructure

In the process of tourism development,the infrastructure construction not only is the precondition of tourism’s survival and development,but also is meaningful for realizing the function of its correct positioning and improvement of the comprehensive competitiveness.Generally speaking,the public welfare and sociality are basic characteristics of tourism infrastructure construction.Meanwhile,huge investment and long period of construction are its important characteristics as well.Base on these characteristics,it has become the duty of relevant government departments and enterprises to offer infrastructure construction for development of our tourism.Therefore,the basic patterns of investment are still financial investment and the government management and so on.Because of the importance of infrastructure construction in the tourism industry.by firstly knowing about the relevant theoretically results on financing of tourism infrastructure construction and definition and content,I have studied the background,the main ways and the process in this passage.Base on the theoretically study,I take the undergoing new airport terminal and supporting items construction project of Wenzhou Longwwan International Airport of’Wenzhou Airport Group co.LTD for example,I have studied and analyzed the pattern and possibility of the project’s financing,and furtherly presented the advantages and suggestions for financing from commercial bank.Lastly.I give a series of suggestions in five aspects.First,give different strategies for different kinds of items of tourism infrastructure construction;Second,evaluate accurately the risk and reasonably avoid the risk:Third,increase the popularity and the profitability through diversified operation,and then enhance the ability of debt repayment;Fourth,innovate and optimize the guaranty style and promote the positivity of giving credit funds for the tourism infrastructure construction from financial industry through the pledge of the management right or other enterprises’ guaranty;At last,according to the huge investment,long period of financing,long payback period and the state-owned character,I present the government should keep in charge of the tourism infrastructure construction,and strengthen the assessment of it,and keep enhancing the support depending on government financial allocations and subsidies and some other ways.
