| In recent years,the China’s green building is in the rapid development.In the process of development,all types of building gradually discovered their own green building forms and evaluation criteria.In all types of building,as its diverse types of building and the special educational function,green primary and secondary schools should not only consider the traditional green building evaluation criteria,and consideration should be given on campus to promote the concept of sustainable development of education,at the same time,but also ignore the primary and secondary school teachers and students needs.In order to improve primary and secondary schools in the green building technology use effectiveness,"the local conditions,the type of construction system should be" goal of green building technologies and gradually optimized evaluation criteria,review our experience in the use of post-evaluation study is essential.From the user point of view subjective cut,according to "theoretical research-basic research-the empirical research" steps,the paper attempts to do the Post Occupancy Evaluation in the green primary and secondary schools which have been built and have been identified green building certification.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1.After reviewing the general methods of the Post Occupancy Evaluation,the paper analysis of the applicability of various methods used in green primary and secondary schools.Currently,the Post Occupancy Evaluation techniques have the follow types: non-invasive evaluation,based on the experience of the investigator assessment method,cognition evaluation,behavior measurement evaluation,survey evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Through analysis of the general methods of the Post Occupancy Evaluation,the paper selects the high applicability of methods to collect and analysis data,in order to further empirical research on typical case.2.The thesis initially built subjective evaluation system after using in the green primary and secondary schools.Steps to build indicators: First of all,the paper filter green building technology indicators on the "green building evaluation criteria Hunan Province" in public buildings evaluation,and filter out all the green building technologies which can be perceived by users.Secondly,these green building technologies which can be perceived by users should be logical analyzed,combined the basic education function of green primary and secondary schools.Finally,the subjective evaluation system after using of the green primary and secondary schools are divided into four categories:(1)Environmental comfort index;(2)Planning convenient index;(3)Green building techniques Satisfaction Index;(4)Green Education Indicators.It is clear that the weight of an index factor should be given directly by the user in the questionnaire and the weight of secondary index factor should be given by Factor Analysis.3.The paper selects Changjun Meixihu green middle school in Changsha City,as a typical case of the subjective evaluation after using of the green primary and secondary schools,to do empirical research.In the preliminary investigation stage,we do the participatory field observations and semi-structured interviews to preliminary understand the use and operation situation of the green building technologies and user’s point of views and needs on green building.In the questionnaire survey analysis stage,we grant the user the green campus closed questionnaire.Our questionnaire data were systematically organized,classification,statistics and analysis through survey analysis and SPSS statistical analysis software to determine the level indicators and two index weights.Finally,we comprehensive analysis of the data through Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to obtain a comprehensive evaluation of the Green Campus,and the result is "good" rating.4.Combination of the above theoretical research and practical research results,the paper put forward the experience and optimization suggestions of green primary and secondary schools appropriate technology.The feedback optimization suggestions divided into feedback good green building technologies,still need to improve green building technologies and other feedback suggestions categories.Feedback good green building technologies: green Education,the underlying overhead,underground space lighting tube,green roofs and vertical green,ground source heat pumps,solar electric vehicle charging technology and solar wind lamp.Still need to improve green building technologies: central air conditioning system,wetland sewage treatment system,the campus and the surrounding external transport service facilities.Other feedback suggestions categories: corridor design,green landscape and environmental optimization and reducing the sense of oppression on campus is surrounded by high-rise buildings arising.Changjun Meixihu green middle school in Changsha City,as a typical case,has been doing the subjective evaluation of after use to understand user’s attitudes and evaluation of green building technology and affect factors,and to feedback valuable suggestions to planning and green building consultant designer.And to study for the lead,the paper promotes the "post occupancy evaluation" application in the
