| Basic education is the starting point of personal lifelong education.Elementary education is the base to improve the quality of the people,to create talented persons and to achieve science and technology innovation of China.The quality of Chinese education began in 1999.Currently has been widely spread.With the popularization of quality education,school building design is optimized and updated.The students and teachers are the main users of classroom in the school.So finding the problems in classrooms of primary and secondary schools base on the users’assessment is very important.It is a necessary process to campus construction and update.This study draws upon the method of POE(post occupancy evaluation).It concentrated on the classrooms,which are the most common space in primary and secondary schools.The research object was analyst and evaluated from the perspective of microscopic.Firstly,the six primary and secondary schools were studied during November 2015 to June 2016.Secondly,classrooms were evaluated if the use of users in the actual use of the process.Thirdly,existing problems and design defects in classrooms were studied.Finally,some design theories and principles of classroom were summarized that apply to Shenyang.Depending on these theories and principles,classroom model of Shenyang was designed to suit the use and climate.At the same time,this study had reference for the construction of the campus in China.Chapter 1 introduced the background and significance of evaluation of the school classrooms in Shenyang.A logical framework was proposed for the research object.Chapter 2 stated the preparation work of the POE before the evaluation.In order to guide the design of classroom,the applicable standards of school classroom in China,the classroom shapes and the theories about POE were described in chapter 2.Chapter 3 introduced the process of POE of school classroom in Shenyang.Depending on the research results of 6 primary and secondary schools in Shenyang,the POE indicator system,evaluation method,and the evaluation model was proposed.Subjective and objective evaluation method was ensured.The objective environment parameters and subjective evaluation questionnaire were formulated,which bases on the research result.In chapter 4,the evaluation results were discussed from two aspects of the subjective and objective.8 classrooms in 6 schools were analyst.The analysis reflected the problems in the process of post evaluation to consider the reasons for its formation.Basis of the above,chapter 5 also summarized the problems of current classroom,then proposed design guidelines for school classroom in Shenyang. |
