In recent years,as the country's economic strength has increased and residents' income has increased year by year,people have put forward higher requirements for the indoor environment in which they work and study.However,at the same time as the rapid development of the national economy,the ecological environment in which we live is facing an unprecedented crisis.A series of environmental problems such as the rise of the earth's temperature and the destruction of the ozone layer have alarmed humanity.In order to ensure that the environment is not destroyed while providing residents with comfortable,healthy and secure living conditions,green buildings have emerged at home and abroad.Accompanied by the rapid development of green buildings at home and abroad,green buildings around the world have been completed.However,several buildings only acquired the green building design logo and did not receive the green building operation logo.Some green buildings have a wide gap with the anticipated indoor environment comfort level and energy saving level during the actual operation.In the bottleneck period of the current construction industry development,the destruction of the ecological environment by building pollution occupies a very large proportion in environmental issues.The digitization level has become one of the worst industries.The construction industry urgently needs improvement from all aspects.In this case,Building Information Modeling(BIM)was born.Its influence has sprung up in the industry and academia both at home and abroad,bringing the dawn of the construction industry.At present,most of the application of BIM technology in China is in the design and construction phase of the construction.There are few engineering projects that use BIM during the operation phase,and there are few evaluations involving the use of BIM.For this reason,this study first read a large number of documents to understand the operation conditions of office buildings in the various climatic zones in China that have been designated as green building designs.The study found that the overall energy consumption of public buildings that received the green building design logo is low,but the actual operation The performance of green building in China still deviated from the design,and the reasons for the lack of attention to evaluation during the operation period were identified.Secondly,thisstudy has investigated and summarized domestic and international Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)methods for green buildings.The study found that indoor environmental analysis requires both subjective and objective content.In addition,the specific procedures and required data for POE operations were also collated.Building cases were used as samples.Revit for case buildings was modeled,and energy-saving calculations,HVAC load calculations,daylighting analysis,and indoor ventilation were performed.Quality-Load 2D charts,assisted post-use assessment.Finally,the dissertation collates the research contents,analyzes the performance and environmental quality of the sample building,and summarizes and reflects the research results.The paper boldly tried the application of BIM in the operation stage of green buildings,proposed a green building solution based on BIM,applied the assessment system for the use of green buildings in Gansu Province,improved the actual operation of green office buildings,and the user satisfaction of indoor environment.The implementation method and the establishment of the post-assessment system for the indoor environment of the building will be initiated.
