The Study Of Construction Guidelines To The Folk Dwellings In Historical And Cultural Town Of Shangri-La

New changes have been sought about the traditional dwellings in various contradictions,and the sustainable and effective dynamic process is the upgrade itself,which requires predictability and identifiability.However,the dwellings continues as a traditional cultural space carrier,and there is also no doubt that it carries the hope of vast majority of people's living and production.Since the day when Dukezong reconstructs,the ancient city is also facing the architectural space evolution that lifestyle changes have brought,as well as how the cultural heritage continues in the upgrade.Architecture not only has a life cycle but also owns the durable years.In addition,the inheritance and upgrade have been accompanied with each other,and is to respect the entire life cycle of the existence of the building,or to replace it?The thesis takes the Dukezong ancient town as the main research object,the dwellings upgrade methods are determined based on the overall awareness,situation analysis and future upgrade of the ancient city of Dukezong—conduct the guide and control in the form of guidelines.The research content in this paper is an ongoing dynamic process.Firstly,the dwellings upgrade guidelines are constantly improved through the "interpretation context,case studies,elements arrangement,multi-stakeholder involvement,preliminary results,feedback,optimize outcomes and theoretical summary" logical evolution methods.On this basis,it explores how the guidelines guide the crowds out of architects to participate in the protection of the right,to avoid irrational behavior,and to be clear of the importance of multi-stakeholder involvement in order to achieve the applicability and practicality from dwellings construction guidelines.Secondly,the system has summed up the problems that guidelines may arise in actual practice.The station guide,model making and monomer design as the basis,it demonstrates the effectiveness of guidelines,and makes an analysis of the causes of failure,then gives the feedback to the formation of guidelines.Finally,the formation content of guidelines is proposed as that it should be "compulsive requirement and reasonable guide" to make a clarity.It has also proposed the upgrade methods of guidelines formation by combining bottom-up with top-down methods,and stressed the various parties'property of participation of guidelines formation as well as the dynamic process and effective communication of guidelines research.Through scientific and ordered ways,it provides the formation pattern basis of dwellings upgrade guidelines of "future" historical and cultural town of Shangri-La and improves the"dwellings upgrade introduction system" of historical and cultural town of Shangri-La,which is designed to improve the dwellings heritage and regeneration.
