Design And Development Of Motion Control System For Carton Cutting Machine

With the increasing demand of packaging products such as carton and the rapid development of the embedded system technology,the industrial automation of cardboard cutting has become an inevitable trend.The performance of motion controller determines the cutting precision and cutting efficiency of the carton cutting machine.The development of carton cutting machine will have a far-reaching impact on improving the production efficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.After reading the relevant literature at home and abroad,the motion control system of the carton cutting machine based on DSP was designed and developed.The main research work is as follows1.Combining the system requirements and the characteristics of the embedded system,a motion control system of carton cutting machine based on DSP was designed and developed.And the hardware circuit of this system is designed.2.With common interpolation algorithm is studied,combining characteristics of the system,the motion controller adopts an improved time division interpolation method which solves the problem of the pulses push;In the meantime,the three axis linkage solution is realized for the carton cutting machine to ensure the tangent following.3.According to the characteristics of data processing,a continuous small line velocity planning algorithm is designed;According to the characteristics of the carton cutting machine cutting knife,carton cutting knife position control method is designed and cutting knife rotation method and compensation are studied.4.According to the overall design scheme of the carton cutting machine,the function software of the system is designed,including the communication software,the PLT data file analysis program,the acceleration and deceleration a section program,interpolation program and cutting knife rotation program and so on.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole research work,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the system,and makes a prospect about further development of the motion control system for carton cutting machine.
