The Research On Parking Planning For Large General Hospitals In Guangzhou,which Is Adapted To Urban Roadway

With the accelerated process of urbanization,the rural population has been gathering to the city,the size of urban population expands,the functions of hospital diverse gradually under the impact of huge population base?aging society.Hospitals are shouldering more missions,for example,arduous medical care?prevention?rehabilitation?teaching?scientific research and so on.Under the influence of the rapid growth of urban motor vehicle population,the way that patients come to hospitals transfer from public transport facilities to private cars,which stimulates explosive growth of hospital parking demands.As a result,a variety of traffic flows overlap,especially at the peak of the outpatient clinic on Monday morning,the traffic problems of hospital are particularly grim.This paper first analyzes the development stage and the development motivation of Guangzhou large general hospitals,and then puts forward the main contradiction in the construction process of large general hospitals in Guangzhou.In the selection of a specific case studies,considering regional,scale,influence factors,the dissertation selects representatives of general hospital,for example,the First Affiliated Hospital Sun Yat—sen University,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University,Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical center,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University as the research cases.To achieve the parking planning status and characteristics of Guangzhou large scale general hospital,the dissertation investigates the urban traffic,hospitals ' master plan?parking facilities and so on.To summarize the determining principles and methods for the construction quotas of parking lots in Guangzhou large general hospitals,the dissertation surveys the status of hospitals' parking facilities,parking demand factors and the construction quotas of parking lots for public buildings.Then,applys the above research conclusions to parking planning for Guangzhou large comprehensive hospitals,which involves the design of parking lot entrance?parking facilities?overall traffic planning,barrier free of parking system?parking guidance system and the analysis of impacts from entrances towards the city dynamic traffic etc.The purpose of what is mentioned is to provide reference for the new–built hospitals' parking planning.
