SDF Auto 4S Shop,known as Shaanxi Yihua Auto Sales&Service Co.,Ltd.,is located at 72 Jinye First Road of Xi'an High-tech Zone.It is the only and the largest brand new standard Class-A 4S flagship store authorized by Peugeot in Northwest China.It sells various types of Peugeot cars and also provides customers with a full range of maintenance,accessories,repair and insurance claim as well as second-hand car replacement service.Auto 4S shop refers to the franchise model that integrates sale,spare parts,service and survey into one.The proportion of 4S shop's profit structure for vehicle sale,sale of spare parts and maintenance is 2:4:1,and sales of spare parts and vehicle maintenance are two links that cannot do without the supply of spare parts.Reasonable orders of spare parts play a critical role in lowering operating costs,reducing the waste of resources and improving corporate profits.The existing spare parts of SDF Auto 4S Shop fall into two types:damageable and non-damageable.At present,order for damageable spare parts(including doors,bumpers,engine cover,and rear-view mirror)is placed by the order manager on every Tuesday according to the expected use for the next week and the inventory surplus.Too large or too small order will often cause overstock of spare parts or short of spare parts in urgent use,resulting in increased inventory cost of the 4S shop or loss of credibility as well as customers.Damageable spare parts(including steering wheel,seat,and mirror,etc)are not in frequent need,so 4S shops place order temporarily when necessary,resulting in shortage and loss of credibility.And the automakers often sell 4S shops randomly part of non-damageable spare parts,which are often in an idle state,causing increased backlog of inventory and resulting in an increase in the cost of inventory.Therefore,in light of the existing problems with the SDF auto 4S shops in their order,in order to reduce the cost of order and the loss caused by backlog of inventory of the 4S shops,and to effectively deal with the defects of order management,this thesis firstly elaborates the research background and the domestic and foreign related research,then analyses the order status quo of damageable and non-damageable spare parts of SDF Auto 4S Shop,and summarizes the problems existing in order management of SDF Auto 4S Shop.According to the premise that auto 4S shops and auto manufacturers are of long-term cooperation relations,buyback contracts are to be signed on spare parts order in order to achieve a win-win situation,establish an order model of ordering damageable and non-damageable spare parts with buyback contract and solve and give order strategy so as to provide theoretical basis for order decision of the SDF auto 4S shops for spare parts.
