Research On Optimization Of Spare Parts Inventory Management For Distribution Network Of JZ Power Supply Company

The continuous development and application of modern management theory has effectively improved the operating efficiency of enterprises in various industries.Among them,optimization of inventory management has gradually become an important breakthrough area to improve their management performance and customer service level.Electric power company plays an important role,which is directly related to the healthy development of national economy and social security.Distribution network directly supplies power to consumers.As a result,the reliable operation of distribution network is directly related to the power consumption.Therefore,the spare parts inventory for emergency repair and emergency service of distribution network is the guarantee for stable power supply,which is great significance to promote social and economic development.The present management of spare parts for distribution network is not refined enough,which restricts the improvement of quality and efficiency of enterprise management to a large extent.It is necessary to optimize the spare parts of distribution network scientifically inorder to ensure the high-quality and reliable power supply and improve the company management efficiency.The spare parts management inventory optimization of distribution network was researched in this paper in order to improve the spare parts lean scientific management of JZ electric power company.Based on the detailed study of the concept and basic theory of spare parts inventory management,the basic situation of and distribution network spare parts of JZ electric power company was introduced in this paper firstly.The problems and the key influence factors were anylised based on status survey and basic data collection.Then,the classification prediction method is adopted to guide the establishment of spare parts with the analysis of the characteristics and demand influence factor.Based on the tradtional ABC classification method,a two-dimensional ABC classification method is proposed considering the importance of customers and the proportion of I,II and III load level.Spare parts of distribution network are divided into A,A ',B and C categories finally.The management optimization for each category including reserve quota,safety stock,order replenishment batch and time is anylised.Finally,optimization measures and reasonable suggestion of distribution network spare parts inventory management for JZ electric power company is proposed to improves the inventory management level.Based on the research in this paper,the improvement of the company's operating efficiency can be realized under the requirment of the safe and stable operation of the distribution network.
