With the development of science and technology,information technology,the degree of automation,power,communications,transportation and other industries on the reliability and stability of power supply system put forward higher requirements.Lead acid battery is widely used as a backup battery because of its excellent characteristics.It is the last guarantee of power supply.Existing technology in most electric vehicles and ships with power or other standby DC power supply are used lead-acid batteries to store the power,because in each lead-acid battery capacity,charging efficiency,leakage and other aspects in different,after almost identical repeatedly charge and discharge cycles have difference of lead-acid battery,resulting in battery life some serious relationship,resulting in lead-acid storage battery discarded ahead of time.Therefore,to ensure that the battery can normally supply,improve the battery life,and reduce the cost of battery maintenance has become an important work,especially in remote areas,this work is particularly important.However,the existing solutions have great limitations,and the technical performance needs to be further improved.In this paper,the scientific research project of Education Department of Sichuan Province "two terminal online secondary battery charging automatic balance maintenance intelligent remote monitoring system(12ZB235)" as the background,the whole balance of battery charging monitoring system has carried on the theoretical research and practical exploration.This thesis designs and implements a new type of battery charging and maintenance device,and a real-time remote monitoring and control system for the battery pack after the research and analysis of the related technology.At first,the paper describes the system background,the structure,then the battery charging automatic equalization technology based maintenance of the depth of development,the use of electronic control technology and communication technology,work together to build a battery automatic equalization charging remote monitoring system.Through the analysis of the principle of hardware,the software requirement analysis,the existing problems of the technology,the experimental demonstration and so on,completed the system hardware design,hardware circuit research and development and software development.The hardware circuit includes automatic equalization circuit unit,voltage acquisition circuit and the communication circuit unit unit.In the aspect of software development,this system is based on C/S architecture,using VisualStudio2012 programming tool,using multi threading technology,remote data acquisition of the battery to the acquisition terminal by short message transmission.The receiver receives data through the serial communication with the computer,the data will be presented on the display monitor software interface,realize the real-time remote monitoring function of the state of the battery pack.At the same time,the data can be saved and query in real time.In this paper,the detailed steps,methods and system integration of the softwaredevelopment of the host computer are introduced in detail.Finally,the system through the actual project of the software,hardware system debugging.Test results show that the reliability of the newly invented the battery group charge automatic balance maintenance intelligent remote monitoring system can effectively prevent the battery charging overvoltage,undervoltage,single cell damage or circuit problems,effectively improve the battery,charging efficiency and service life.The system can provide a reliable guide for the battery maintenance and replacement,and greatly reduce the maintenance cost of the battery.This intelligent remote monitoring system will be applied to a balanced charging device more areas,bringing more social benefits and economic benefits in the near future.
